  1. #1 of 3 best companies in Audiologist

Written by the company

Treble Health provides comprehensive Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) to treat tinnitus, combining counseling and education with sound therapy plans tailored to individual needs. The patients are supported in their journey towards habituation at every step – from 1:1 video consultations with a world-class audiologist, through to live group coaching sessions that track progress over time. By providing the best possible treatment plan for each patient's specific circumstances Treble Health aims to help those affected by this condition achieve greater comfort and improved quality of life. The TRT sound therapy approach seeks to reduce the perceived loudness of tinnitus by providing external sounds as a way for patients to "drown out" their condition. To this end, individuals can wear specialized sound generators - such as tinnitus maskers - or use everyday household devices like electric fans, white noise machines and TV static in order to give their brains time to adjust and lessen the contrast between background silence and intrusive ringing caused by tinnitus over prolonged periods. When you work with Treble Health, you’ll receive a pair of tinnitus maskers and coaching on sound therapy, sleep, and the essential toolkit needed to beat tinnitus. If you choose the treatment plan that includes Treble Health’s Treble Maskers, you’ll receive two Bluetooth tinnitus maskers delivered to your home. These discreet, behind-the-ear devices deliver sound therapy to soothe the ears and distract the brain from bothersome tinnitus. Purchasing the Treble Maskers includes appointments with Treble Health’s world-class audiologists. Their goal is to help you achieve habituation as quickly as possible by showing you how to get the most out of your Treble Maskers and holistically reduce your tinnitus with sleep strategies and CBT coaching techniques.

I started with Treble Health April…

I started with Treble Health April 14,2026 and I’ve learned so much about Tinnitus. Their Coaching classes are great, just to know there are others with Tinnitus & to hear their story. The Sound Devices definitely help, I wear them everyday, all day. I do Meditation 3 times a day ( sometimes just for 15 minutes), it definitely helps with the Anxiety.

The audiologist I worked with is… Suzanne May

The audiologist I worked with is Suzanne May. From the very beginning of this journey she has been kind, intelligent and above all very patient. I am an "older" client and am intimidated by the new technology. She walked me thru every step and really tried to make the hearing aids work for me. She is an outstanding asset to the Treble Health organization. Much thanks Cindy Tomassi

A positive experience with realistic outcomes.

I came to Treble Health last year after an acoustic trauma event. My tinnitus was so bad I was experiencing sleeplessness, fear and anxiety, panic attacks. I asked to be paired with Dr. Suzanne May. She immediately settled me down, reduced my fear and stopped the panic attacks. After reviewing my history and hearing test, we developed a treatment plan mainly based on sound therapy, CBT, health and mindfulness, sleep, and deep breathing. I also struggle with bad hyperacussis. When I have daily fluctuations I use the STOPP method. For some, like me, healing is a path, not a destination. The Treble method works. Dr. Suzanne is an empathetic listener, kind, experienced, creative and fun to work with. She's really good at taking complex subjects like brain anatomy or hyperacussis and explaining it in simple terms. She also is honest about expectations and outcomes.

My experience was fine

My experience was fine. I just have trouble having to adjust my hearing aid on line. Unfortunately their office is too far for me to visit in person.
