All my cards i sent were spot on with what i thought they would be from self assessment.

My only issue is quality control after slabs are sealed as just one of mine has some "shavings".

Have subbed a few times with TFG and a great service each time around, always available to answer questions along with a helpful great discord and community, fast service and their slabs are very pleasing on the eye and lovely design. A Leading uk grading company in my humble opinion. Many thanks

Amazing service from an Awesome company. Brilliant customer service answered my queries quickly. They let me know when they had received my cards so I knew they were safe. The grading is the best out there and I’m so happy with my results the cards are vacuumed for the best protection. I highly recommend TFG!

I sent Treefrog grading 5 pokemon cards as a tester, and its safe to say I will be coming back for more! I was wary at the beginning due to the new nature of the company, but quick helpful replies and consistent turnaround times put me at ease. The cards look stunning in their slabs, and they even returned my original top loaders to me! Each slab was carefully packaged. There are many other grading companies popping up at the moment, but I have found that non come close to the high quality and aesthetic design of Treefrog. I've even found myself buying up TFG slabs from others on eBay. Thank you very much for helping encase and protect my cards for decades to come. I'm very excited to see where TreeFrogGrading goes in the future!

Amazing Slabs, great quality and good service.

I made my first submission with Tree Frog Grading at the end of September. I submitted 15 cards via their UK standard grading option. At the time of writing this review there was a bulk savings/coupons that were applied upon check out that certainly saved me a few pennies on submission. That being said I think the standard pricing for submissions is really reasonable anyway.

The submission process was straight forward and easy to follow and once my cards had been received on Tree Frogs end I was informed and kept in the loop with progress. When it was time for the cards to be sent back out to me another message was received with delivery information.

I received my cards back only 14 days later via Royal Mail special delivery. The cards were individually packaged in bubble wrap and then the stacks were packaged in a foam like material as well. There was no way they were getting thrown about and damaged due to this. The Top loaders and sleeves used to submit my cards were also returned to me in the same box, a very nice touch indeed.

The slabs themselves are very clean and look fantastic. They are good quality and the cards fit nicely inside them.

The Community that surrounds Tree Frog is also another great factor. There is always something going off in their discord! whether it's a give away, box break, showing off cards or general chatter there is always someone in there.

Overall I'm a happy customer who will certainly be back with more submissions. Sure Tree Frog Grading aren't YET the giants that PSA are but Rome wasn't built in a day and at the rate these guys are going I can't wait to see Rome 2.0. First submission with TFG and couldn't be happier. Emailed me when cards were received and on their way back with a great turnaround time. The slabs and labels are absolutely quality design with no movement inside. I'll be only using TFG in the future :)

This my first ever experience sending cards away to be graded and I'm happy to say that I won't be looking for another. From the communication to the packaging when they arrived back everything was exceptional. I'm happy to have been so lucky to find a reliable, trustworthy company to use again and again.

I cant really fault anything in regards to the process or the quality of the service. Grading is harsh but fair which is a good thing, grades aren't just given they're earned. Turnaround was quicker than the estimate given. Really liked the communication when they receive the cards and sent them back. Packaged well on return and also returned toploaders and sleeves. As this company develops I'm sure in the future they will be one of the top grading companies. (Developing a pop report, improving the inventory search and slight tweets to the website would shoot them up there)

My experience with TreeFrog has been amazing. Ive tried nearly every UK based grading company & most you cannot get any communication out of them once they have your cards. TreeFrog Grading is the only one that has gone that extra mile. From personal little thank you messages to beautiful encapsulated cards 🙌🏼. My experience with these guys has been solid. Communication, slabbing, labels, delivery, turn around time, all of it is 5 stars. If you think im just saying it, or this isnt an honest review then Just try it for yourself 🤷🏻‍♂️. Even if you start off sending in one card to scope it out. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The Big Mac dont lie 🙌🏼💪🏻. Tree Frog is the place to go. Trust me

Can not fault the service and quality of the labels and slabs of Tree Frog Grading, also very fast turnaround as the company is as only a few months old. The only comment would be that they do mark very harshly on surface quality, but because of this hopefully in years to come a Tree Frog graded card will be considered as good as a PSA or CGC graded card. Will be using again!

I am a returning customer and had my 2nd batch returned to me, I was very pleased with my submission and the services where incredible again. Everything from communication, packaging and the overall service of the grading company have shown exceptional customer service, which I would highly recommend to anyone to try out and experience this yourself. Very economical with returning sleeves/top loaders and semi rigids which I thought was great, as I can re use them again. The grading scale feels very consistent which is very important to me as an avid collector and I can be assured my cards get the grades they rightly deserve in its truest scale. Tree Frog Grading now offer very generous bulk discounts which are available on check out and offer discounts occasionally with the addition of a points system on any purchases to help reduce cost on future submissions!

Tree frog doesnt know how to grade cards, There cases dont fit the pokemon cards correctly alibaba slabs, They down grade surfaces use magnifying lenses things not visible to the naked eye

I've had several cards graded with these guys and I have yet to be disappointed! Extremely fast turn around, beautiful looking slabs and excellent customer service. It's so nice to have a UK grading company that really get involved with the community and I only see good things happening! Keep up the good work 🐸

TFG has been absolutely amazing with my first ever submission.
Their communication is great from start to finish and I got my submission back in less than 2 weeks (they advise 4 weeks for standard). The slabs are great all round. But what pushed me to use them over others companies was that they seem genuinely passionate about Pokémon cards as well as that part of profits go to the World Land Trust. Also, I've sent 7 more cards to them today!
I absolutely recommend!
