The team at Tree Frog are honestly second to none. The service and communication from Katie was outstanding and she gave me all the information I needed before submitting.
The actual submission process was so simple and I was able to check on the progress via their easy to use website.
In no time at all my cards were graded and returned to me. The effort put in to postage and packing was excellent, and they even returned my top loaders (which was a nice touch).
The style of the grading labels is so sleek and really compliments the cards. All of the grading details and sub grades were included, and the design of the slabs themselves were very unique.
Overall Tree frog grading have been the best company I have dealt with, and will be the only ones I trust with my cards in the future.

Superb grading card company, the best in the UK

Had a small issue as I initially sent my cards via Evri and not Royal Mail and so the PO Box did not recieve my cards. (Totally my fault)

However, after speaking to the CEO Katie, she was very conscientious, kind and understanding and offered me a refund on postage and proceeded to pay for this at her end which was lovely.

Communication was consistent all the way through the process and the grading was great, done efficiently and I can't complain.

Would 100% use again.

Had an issue when the cards I sent to be graded did not initially reach reach the PO Box as I had sent them through Evri and not the Royal Mail.

fantastic service couldnt fault them at all took part in a vstar universe box break and purchased a full box which came with 10 grades!! got them back quickly and safely couldnt recommend them enough

I decided to go with TFG after not wanting to send cards that are personal to me to America for grading. I’ve never graded before so I was a bit nervous but everything was great!

I dropped my cards off at one of the partner shops and they were picked up very quickly by TFG (I had emailed before hand asking about these drop off shops and received a very quick response from TFG). I was sent emails to confirm that they had been collected, as well as when they were in grading and when they were on the way back to me. They were collected on the 29th July and I received them on 27th August. The labels are super sleek and I really love the little frog on them as well.

They were packaged beautifully and well protected. I’m happy with the grades and I think they’re fair. I’m definitely going to go back to TFG with any other cards I need grading!

The fast turn around, honest and reliable grading is just the surface of treefrog - as a bloke in a group of friends who are not collectors I felt a bit lonely in the hobby, until I met the guys at Treefrog, since my initial submission I have submitted again with flawless results and am now part of a great little community with a mutual love of all things TCG. Whether it is taking part in TFG Box breaks, asking for advice on the discord or simply having a chat, TFG have made me feel welcome and comfortable from the off! Thoroughly recommend, have not looked back!

Exceptional customer service honestly couldn't have done more for me, I was happy with the grades and with one of them she included a hand written report which I can only assume was because it was a new card and felt she had to give reasoning to the grade given...(i didnt pay for that) but will be using her again and recommending to everyone who needs cards graded

Another fantastic experience with TFG. They are my go to for card grading. The sub-grades are a huge positive, elevating the overall grade to the next level.
They have great customer service, keeping me up-to-date throughout the grading process and letting me know when there was a delay due to staff illness. Would highly recommend.

Very good quality grading however it arrived twice as long as advertised

Having submitted 5 cards to TFG, I must say that I'm extremely pleased with my experiences so far. All 5 cards look immaculate in their slabs, and the service has been very friendly. I'm glad to have found TFG as I was previously very disillusioned with grading after having sent numerous cards off to MGC, who did not pay the same attention to detail that TFG appear to.
