Always really helpful and quality service. Run by real genuine, decent people. Only card grading service I use now. Anyone having any doubts as a first time customer, give them a try, you'll not regret it.

Sent a brand new card my son got fresh out of a Pokémon pack to be graded, card was wrapped in a sleeve, and wrapped in paper in a sturdy envelope, the card came back graded at 7, when we expected a 9 or 10, centering was graded at 10, corners and edges at 8 and 9, but surface at 1 which was incredibly surprising, on closer inspection the card has appeared to have been damaged getting in the case which was not on it when sent. Wouldn’t use again would look at a different grading company, took longer than expected for card to be return and also didn’t receive the expected email to say it was on its way back. Have emailed tree frog with all this information.

This was the second time I used Tree Frog Grading and it was great again.
Lovely and helping customer service send my cards back before deadline to help me for Easter holiday.

Absolutely fantastic company and is my number one choice for grading Pokémon. Me and my brother both use TFG for a variety of cards as he collects things he likes rather than only one franchise. Had a few cards with queries and they gave us friendly advice in a timely manner and overall the whole process was so quick and professional. Best UK grading company by a mile and only a matter of time before they blow up imo.

Been meaning to submit cards for grading for a while and came across tree frog grading. The website was really easy to navigate and when I submitted my cards the turn around was prompt. Have been meaning to submit my cards for a good while, after a bit of searching I found tree frog. Website simple to navigate, easy process to submit cards and came back within the stated time frame.
Was apprehensive about using UK grading companies but I actually can't fault these guys. Great quality slabs, well packaged for return, fast reply to emails. Love the subgrades too

Having never used a grading company before, I decided to look for one based in the UK to grade and slab my vintage MTG and Pokemon cards (avoiding the time and cost sending to the USA)
The team were very responsive and friendly, answering all of the questions I had for them regarding the process.
I arranged to drop the cards off in person at the office, and collect when convenient after the grading was complete - this ended up being a Sunday, when normally they are closed!
Will certainly use again, and recommend to others.

Simple to use and submit cards, get informed of progress turned up on time and securely. Cards look great!

The staff were amazing. Clear and constant communications, trustworthy and honest appraisals, and when a problem was found, they immediately notified us of the issue.
I wish all online stores were as caring about their reputation as these.

My 8 year old son has started collecting Pokemon Cards and so is aware of the PSA system in America and how much more valueble certain cards are graded. Here in the U.K. Tree Frog Grading is a sort after alternative to sending the cards to the U.S. and my son was very excited to receive his graded cards.

Even tho my card was fake they were a great company to work with and explain why it’s fake

The grading service was as advertised but I didn't recieve my confirmation of cards received email. Customer services were promp and polite and explained the technical issue. The card cases are really neat and a lot of care has been taken with my cards. I am very happy with the service I have recieved.
