Deceitful advertising, avoid this company

Clicked on a Facebook ad for a golf system and only received a foam ball. The ad was deceitful and automatically clicked the foam ball in small print. Paid over $30US for a useless piece of foam. Company said they’d look into it and only came up with me spending more money to ship to another customer.

I ordered 2 golf games for my grandsons…

I ordered 2 golf games for my grandsons in May.
Chased up in June and they advised there were delays because of Covid but my delivery should happen. 7 weeks later nothing. They then advised that I should go to my Post Office and quote their tracking no. The Post office didn’t recognise the tracking no and didn’t have a Parcel for me to collect.
Just tried to send emails to claim and complain and surprisingly they aren’t known ?!
£44:77 down the drain !!!!!

SCAM!!!DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered 3 golf games, which totaled $68.97. I got 12 golf balls! When I reached out to the company, I was told that I got exactly what I ordered. I told them that my order shows 3 games, and there is no way I would order 12, yellow, sponge balls and pay this amount for them! I have filed fraudulent charges against this company through my bank, and have an open case with PayPal concerning this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Same issue as above. I did receive a golf game which was nothing like what was described on the web page. When they say 50% off it means you only get half of what is described and less than half of the quality. Item was described as 2 game "boards" with steel legs. I received a green plastic piece with nets and plastic tubes to put it together. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF.

Treegens (and treegens.com) is a SCAM !!!

I had the same treegens experience as other recent reviewers. They got my $31.98 by PayPal. I got 1 plastic yellow golf ball and a card that tricked me into emailing info at fastreplys dot com, to request a refund. They promptly replied saying they shipped and I receive what I had ordered: They offer 3 choices and I chose 1 golf ball. NO ONE pays $22.99 + $8.99 shipping for 1 plastic golf ball!!!!! What liars, cheats, and evil people! My PayPal Transaction details show that the Seller's name is Christine Bill (em addr: gary at honwin dot net). Now I have to wait 30 days for PayPal to hopefully refund my $ while "Christine Bill" gets to use her/his PayPal account to continue to scam countless others!

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful experience. I would describe as a complete rip off. I want to ensure no one else gets tricked. No one should pay $58 with shipping and wait for more than 35 days for two yellow foam golf balls only. That is a complete rip off.

I reached out to inquire about only receiving the two golfs. I did receive a response that stated that is what I ordered.

I included the order confirmation stating outdoor golf game X 2 that pictured what I ordered, which should be more than two yellow foam golf balls. On the outside of the package received, it states quantity two golf balls $10 US dollars.

I went on to say if the full game was not what I ordered, then please tell me how I should return the two foam golf balls that I paid $58 for and I would like to return. The picture online is very misleading.

Their response: “you have ordered golf all only. there is no more item included.
You can check our web-store. As you are important Buyer and you are not satisfied we would like to offer you 15% refund to make you satisfy.
Thanks for your understanding”.

I will be shocked if they refund me anything. I am planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company and Facebook since the add popped up in my Facebook feed.

Very disappointing experience. I could have bought an entire box of regular high end golf balls for less than $58.
