My daughter just received her yearbook
My daughter just received her yearbook, and the very first day, her pages were coming apart!! This is the 1st year the school used this company, and it better be the last!! She has yearbooks from previous years that never ever fell apart like this one has!! We would like a refund!! This is terrible for the price we paid!!

In general Treering is super helpful
In general Treering is super helpful. However, when I spoke with one of your customer service people they made me resubmit our nonprofit paperwork. When I spoke to another one they said I only needed to send it one time, EVER. Please get your training consistent so customers get the same message.

I really like Treering
I really like Treering. It's pretty easy to put together a yearbook and I really like how they come out! The only negative is the end process. I don't enjoy having to purchase one book first, then click on everything else prior to printing. Otherwise, I truly enjoy using the site!!

Treering provided such a positive first experience! As a first timer building a yearbook, I felt take care of by the Treering team. Treering went above and beyond to make every step of the way very easy. The quality of their sample books caught my attention first. When I reached out to more information, I got an immediate response to all my questions. I was signed up for a demo and provided with a trial account to see the editing software for myself. Treering provides all options and features I’ve seen offered through other vendors. Yearbook promotional materials were print ready to get me started. Once I decided to move forward with Treering, I was provided training and unlimited resources to help me through the process.
