Best to check that you have a nearby watch repair shop who can adjust links for you before purchasing any watch from Treeticker. They were generous in including cleaning oil and pen with watch, but the included adjustment tool was not sufficient to adjust links. Fortunately, I had a watch adjustment kit bought from Amazon which helped me remove 4 links (small wrists). The watch looks great and price very cheap. Expect this to still look good beyond the 6-month guarantee period.

Brilliant customer service from Adrian. They really put the customer first and ensure satisfaction with their watches above all else. From the purchase to the delivery, Adrian kept me posted on every necessary detail without me asking. I wish more retailers would follow their lead

A gorgeous & unusual watch. Great value. Customer service was brilliant as answered my questions immediately. Watch arrived within 3 days & will be a birthday gift. I expect it to keep accurate time as does the one bought from Treeticker previously.

Amazing! Really pleased with my Bambabo watch as a little treat for myself. Love the engraving too. Links on this model were solid though and impossible to move by hand, however, a cheap tool online sorted that right out!

Excellent service, quick delivery and getting the watch dispatched just before the Easter break with engraving was excellent!
It was a present for my husband for our Ebony anniversary and he loved it. Fabulous quality and he found it comfortable and light to wear.
