Renting diamond jewelry through Tres Jours was one of the best decisions I made for my son's wedding! The necklace was exactly what I was looking for to complete my gown and working with Tres Jours was so smooth and easy. I am hoping I have another occassion for jewelry rental again-- I wouldn't hesitate for one second!

I rented jewelry for my wedding through trejours. The process was amazingly smooth. The communication was prompt and they were able to accommodate me for our destination wedding. The actual pieces exceeded my expectations. The tennis necklace was EVERYTHING and made the dress. I received so many compliments. I will definitely be using this service again! It’s an absolutely brilliant concept and I can’t say enough about the quality and customer service. A+++++

Tanya was very responsive and she made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I found her when I was interested in renting a necklace for my son‘s wedding. I called and actually spoke with her and she showed me the necklaces via FaceTime. From there, I placed my order, and then shortly after I had to change the date and everything was very easy to do, Tanya wad very accommodating and no issues whatsoever. I had gotten amazing compliments and I asked her if I could purchase, and she told me to make an offer. My offer was accepted and I kept the necklace and all of the appraisal and certifications were mailed. She was always available via text to answer any questions and was very pleasant.

Great jeweler to deal with. Very responsive, very helpful and nice to deal with. Item shipped out in a timely manner and the earrings are spectacular! Highly recommend!!

From start to finish, this business is just god awful. Be forewarned that ordering anything from them requires a hard inquiry on your credit; Your credit score will feel the negative impact just as it would from a larger purchase of a car etc. They do not tell you this upfront, but rather bury this information in their Terms and Conditions.
Upon placing your order, your card will be immediately charged but you will receive no confirmation. Not a one. In fact you will never receive any email from them regarding the status of your order. Not even to inform you of their “process” I.e. that they charge you, pull a hard credit check - but your order still may not be approved. I had to chase down their customer service only to be “rejected” 5 days after placing my order. They still have my $300 with nothing to show for it.

Deplorable business practices, and non existent customer service. Another company that was seemingly started on a whim and will be gone within a year. Beware!
