Awful customer service, bought a £12.99 item but was misled, wasn’t what I thought I was ordering. Tried to return under their no quibble guarantee. The return address was in New Mexico would you believe, meaning postage made it not a viable return. Item in the bin, don’t bother talking to them, a con as far as I am concerned

Ordered trim for all the car.the trims are small could do with being bigger for the doors but I will make them do.the bumper trim is far too small will not do the job it should. The trim for on the plastic on the boot does not fit.nowhere for the lock to go as it's a full trim and covers the lock.that is no use.i was going to buy more for the family but I've decided not to as the company can't even be bothered to get in touch with me I've sent several emails also photos. Will definitely not buy from them again

You take a chance buying from them . The advertisement is misleading as they are not the company based in the UK , they are in New Mexico .
They consistently send emails stating due to high volume of purchases shipping has been delayed despite previously confirming the order was on its way … this did make me doubt their authenticity.
I did check reviews before I ordered but unfortunately they seem to be relying on people thinking they are the UK based company with a similar name .When you actually read the reviews relating to the correct company they are off putting .
I ordered the car door protector trims and the door handle strips .
Finally, after numerous emails stating order delayed due to high volume and thinking it was a scam company my order actually arrived .
The trims are actually ok , admittedly they do appear to be made of plastic that you just peel off & stick to the rubber frame of your car but they fitted well on my VW Polo and do actually look ok .
I wouldn’t put them on any of my paintwork though as they do leave residue despite stating they don’t .
The door handle strips are ok as well and I didn’t pay a lot for them due to a discount offered .
All in all I’m happy with my purchases but as I said I think it’s hit & miss if you are happy with the product.

Scam -Avoid.They advertise items from a Website.You pay a company called HB ELITE & they send cheap plastic rubbish FROM CHINA. The items (Not what you ordered ) & creased /damaged
I paid £9.80 for goods -ON TEMU They cost £1.80.
They refuse to refund unless you pay massive excessive charges.
I reported through PayPal & got my money refunded & goods in dustbin!

Avoid !!!!!!!

Scam website. Be aware they taken money from my account without my consent. I had to call my bank & sort out. Don’t buy anything from there website it’s not based in uk. They are scammers

NO STARS.. Came on Trustpilot to check this website out. They were offering car trims for too good to be true prices. Checking out the other reviews, it's got to be a SCAM website. Stay clear.

Agree with other review…placed an order but in the process it added another product I did not want…despite numerous emails, my request to have this item removed has been ignored and now they tell me the order is on its way and it is too late to cancel…the emails I do get from them are strange and they do not address my questions…and no phone contact…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don’t use this company !! Ordered item for my car . Came creased and didn’t fit so unusable. Money back guarantee is a joke. Started process for return , said it had to be reviewed but never heard from them. Contacted them several times but nothing !! Stay well clear !!
