Having a really hard time with customer service as they never properly read emails like humans but I get a pre-fabricated, half automated response that's not solving my issue:
- tried to cancel a product from my order days before it got shipped, support kept responding about delivery times on another product rather than anything to do with cancellation and eventually sent out the brush days later
- my climbing shoes were marked as delayed and to be shipped in march, just when I had ordered the shoes somewhere else, they got sent out from trekk in, nevertheless arrived more than a week delayed.
- because of these issues I am trying for Trekkin to cover the returns cost but again, just getting a response about standard 30 days returns rather than the free label I asked for.

I found a pair of booths on the sellers webpage, ordered and paid for them.
After that the sellers went silent, denied me access to my account and stayed silent.
Their customer service did not react to an email, I tried several time to get access through new password, a phone call to a closed phone number several times.
After that I decided to cancel my order - but with no luck- as a return requires account access.
After consulting with my bank, I blocked the payment and had to cancel my credit card.
Then out of nowhere the parcel arrived - I picked it up to make a return- and again - the company denies me account access to return the parcel.
I will not recommend this company to any one due to their non existent customer service and their silence - It creates distrust and suspicion.
Addition - after receiving the sellers answer the seller still denies me access to my account in order to create a return.
The seller have absolutely no credibility.

The product arrived after a while and was not the size the label portrayed. I have had similar Salomon shoes from Trekinn and the UK11/EU46 fit perfectly. Having to pay the return postage of £12 did not amuse. The size 11.5 was also too small - just. They will have to go back (£12) too. I won’t take the risk with this merchant again. Pity. I now expect a chat bot response which is equally useless ..but free.

I returned a Haglofs jacket to Trekinn on 30th Dec from the UK as it was too big. They charged me £11.99 postage and the tracking showed it had gone through customs on 9th Jan. Since then I have contacted them via the support@tradeinn address and keep getting told my refund will be issued once cleared through processing. So far they have taken the £120 purchase price, £12 in postage and they have the jacket. Six weeks after returning the item I have nothing and no information as to where is the item and when will it be processed. Terrible customer service.

There is no way to reply but I show you their reply to me. They sent me a totally different product without the extra winter warm fabric as advertised and without pockets for the motorcycle protectives for arms and back that was clearly advertised. And now they reply as if they didn’t do a mistake. That’s who they are. Liars. Never from them again

still didn't get the package. it is probably lost. they are of course not taking any responsibility. just keep "asking for patience". Make yourself a favor, don't be tempted to save couple of bucks, buy from a place that take responsibility and not only your money.
i placed an order. all items appeared to be in stock.
one week later, they suddenly say one of the items is not in stock, so the whole shipment is being delayed.
they refuse to ship the other items. so my whole order is hanging in the air, but the time was already spent

I’ve used these Merrell trainers for a long time and really get on with them, however stock of this model is difficult but Trekkinn has them available at the usual price. Delivery was good and they were received in excellent condition.

Pros: good range of stock and prices are excellent.
Cons: latest shipment took 4 weeks. The company is based in Spain and I tracked the parcel moving around Spain, then Germany, then back to Spain. I contacted TrekkInn and after a few copy paste replies, they acknowledged there might be a shipping issue. However, the goods finally arrived intact.

Sadly i failed to realise that this was an overseas website and as such, delivery and tracking is unpredictable. My parcel went ingonito during a 4 day customs delay. It is not the fault of Trek Inn but i dont expect to wait over a week for my purchase to be delivered. Disappointing and I will buy from the UK henceforth.

TrekInn has responded to my review with false information. I had no choice of courier when placing my order. TrekInn selected the courier not me. The items are lost and TrekInn are trying to avoid making a refund. They have said that they have asked for patience. My order was placed on 27th Jan. I waited until 21st Jan before contacting customer service. It is now 3rd February and my issue has not been resolved despite multiple requests for a refund. I will never shop with this company again and I will make sure to share my experience with friends and family.

Tracking details stopped on 8th January. I have reported this issue 3 times to customer services and requested a refund. Customer service responses are auto-generated because they have failed to answer my questions or acknowledge my refund request. Do not trust or shop at this company.

Completely the wrong item was sent and even that arrived late. I ordered a dark grey fleece 18 days ago and have still not received it. A bright orange T-shirt was sent instead. They couldn’t be more different!
Trekinn have completely ignored numerous requests from me asking whether they actually have the fleece and if or when I might receive it, as it was a birthday present for someone. All I get back is standard info about the returns process.
It took them 5 days to provide a returns label after I sent photos showing the wrong item had been sent.
I have therefore asked for an immediate refund but just got the standard email telling me returns can take 3-4 weeks to process. They are withholding £148 of my money which they could have for 7 weeks according to their emails, without ever sending the item I ordered.
I suggest you avoid at all costs and I will be looking at reporting them to both UK and Spanish trading standards.
