Product never delivered, no answer from the company
I bougth a hikking tennis at Trekkinn in 02/12, order #66390473, delivery expected until 03/02, on Colômbia, tacking number ML220976299MH on MailAmerica. Everything was looking fine until it reached Colômbia. The package passed customs without issue, and was handled to the local office on 02/27. Since then, there was no more updates. It stand still there. I contacted Trekkinn several time, but looks like they have no human support. All I've got from them are generic answers, aparentlly generated by automated services. There's no option to request cancelation without receiving the product, and they take no action to asure the delivery. Run away from this company, buying there is like gamble, if you are unlucky to have a problem in the delivery, you're alone in the rain.

Received an email saying item was delivered. It had not been. Reported it on TrekInn’s contact form specifically for this several times over the course of a month - no replies no item. If you want cheap items and they arrive, then great. If there problems, then forget it.

Lack of communication
Item chosen as the arrival date was between the 7th and 9th March. Item arrived on the 12th, the same day that I received a message saying that my parcel is going to be delayed. As this parcel was for a special birthday on the 9th, it was disappointing. I understand that at times delivery is hit and miss, but the communication could have been better.

I have a very poor opinion of this store. They mislead customers regarding product availability and delivery times. I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, including an estimated delivery date. It was all a lie. On the day the package was supposed to arrive, I contacted the courier company only to find out that while the label was created, the shop hadn't actually handed over the parcel. These people are scammers. I absolutely do not recommend this store.
My order is 66734755. Apparently it will arrive today. Greetings from Iceland. Unfortunately, with out the pants I purchased from you.
