I ordered a top. 2 months later they sent an email saying they were cancelling my order and would notify me of my refund. It’s been 4 months- no refund- now they are saying I didn’t pay for it? Scam company

I ordered 3 tops and only got one. Description of tops was not accurate. Wanted a refund but would only give me $15 credit for the 2 tops and I wasn’t going to spend more money to ship back. Have not seen money yet for the one top I never received or $15. They erased theirselfs from all my text I sent. Such a rip off and they were from China which I didn’t know on ordering. Do not order from this site. Deceptive!

The office appears to be in Colorado however it took almost 5 weeks to get the clothes that I bought and when I got them they were coming from China so that even though I stuck with their size chart they came very small it was too difficult to get my money back so I just donated them to the nearest shelter

Cheap fabric. Poorly made. Do yourself a favor and skip this cheap company.

I would give a zero if I could!!! Shameful what I ordered verse what I received!!! I WOULD LIKE TO ADD A PHOTO OF WHAT I RECEIVED! VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞!!!

It took a long time to arrive, after reading the reviews I became concerned. However, I contacted tendrychic a couple times and always received a quick response. I did receive the order and the clothes are as advertised. I would buy from them again, knowing it takes a while for delivery.

Never received any product after placing an order! Absolutely the worst service

DON’T order from this company!! Toke over 60 days to get my items. Very poor quality. When I asked to return, was told to keep. Send additional $15 for each item😂😂 Went to post office to return, told I needed to fill out custom form. Choose to cut my losses. Not going to spend 1 more penny with this fraudulent company!! Don’t know how they stay in business😡😡

The shipping of this "boutique" is glacial at best. In addition, the quality of their items is very spotty. I would NOT recommend buying anything from them.

Ordered in the middle of Nov. and over a month and still hasn’t seen a thing. Emailed twice and just a bunch of BS!!!!

The merchandise took a long time to arrive. The merchandise is of poor quality. It looks nothing like the images shown on their site. I’m very disappointed. The return policy is void. So I feel like I just got scammed.

Worst store ever! Makes returns impossible & won’t make it possible for a refund. Stay away! They want you to keep items & negotiate refund amount with you. I got a refund of half of what I paid. Never again!

There’s no negative star available. The clothes are CHEAP! They look nothing like the photos online. Facebook should be ashamed to allow them to scam people online! Don’t waste your time or money!!

This company is a fake. They advertise using American location. When you order the sizes are Asian sizes so there are two small. I did receive items I return them back to an address in China it's been since March and I still haven't received my refund. Please don't order nothing from them it's a waste of your money

No way would someone deliver at 2am in the UK.

I have been chasing my refund since July and they constantly send me an email saying please wait 10 now its 25 days.

Scam website - be warned & avoid the experience I had
Placed two orders for multiple t-shirts -waited a month without any delivery. Chased this up with the company who told me they'd both been delivered & signed for (a lie).
Company wouldn't provide proof of their courier or the signatures provided.
They then offered to send the order again but would not offer a refund (as that would be too costly...).
Of course any repeat order would not have turned up either.
Then offered a partial refund..
Reported them to Visa Fraud team and this claim was successful.
Never order from these scam artists - be warned!!

I placed an order through their website a month ago. Was given tracking number on their bs tracking site. A month later, the status shows as “Delivered” but I did not receive anything. They scammed me. Do not order off this scam website. I will be calling both of my credit card companies (Visa and Mastercard) and telling them to block any future purchases from anyone on this garbage site.

I don't usually write a ton of reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt it was absolutely necessary to share my experience with Trendeschic. This company is not only subpar in terms of customer service but is actively engaging in deceitful practices that should alarm anyone considering a purchase from their platform.

The nightmare started shortly after my order was supposedly "shipped". They provided me with a tracking number and a link to a website called 'track678.com'. The site itself looked suspicious, with a low-quality user interface and no specifics regarding the tracking location or process, other than very random and vague updates. But I decided to give Trendeschic the benefit of the doubt and hoped it was just an unusual choice of shipping partners.

As days turned into weeks with no package arrival, I approached Trendeschic's customer service. Instead of providing assistance, they further cemented my growing suspicions by providing a second dubious tracking site. Their response was simply to assure me that everything was totally legit, and they couldn't offer further help.

After a 26-day wait, the tracking site finally updated to 'delivered' status. However, to no one's surprise, there was no parcel to be seen. I immediately contacted the company as I was already on high alert, but they remained uncooperative. Their only response was to refuse a refund, citing that the 'tracking' site had confirmed the item was delivered.

What a joke! I am absolutely disgusted with their lack of integrity. I feel robbed and disrespected. They essentially left me without the product I paid for and with no compensation whatsoever.

At this point, my only option is to file a chargeback with my credit card company. I will make sure to share this terrible experience with as many people as possible to save them from a similar fate. Please, buyer beware! Avoid Trendeschic unless you like losing your money.
