Such bad service. Ordered Some stuff More than one and a half Month ago but nothing.... also no response to my complaints. No reaction what so ever......

UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE. WAITED 2 MONTHS FOR MY ORDER AND THEN DIDN'T FIT AS PER SIZING CHART AND CHATS PRIOR TO PLACING THE ORDER. THEN WOULD NOT RESPOND TO MY ENQUIRIES ON RETURNING!! HORRIBLE!!

Purchased a coat online and paid after seeing add on FB. Acknowledgement received but no means if tracking. Five weeks later no coat so emailed them - no response. Week after that emailed again threatening to report to ACCC - still no response. Unfortunately I paid as guest with credit card and not Paypal so no money back. Only then did I think to check for reviews which would have alerted me to avoid this business (or scam) who have a history of takng mney and not producing goods or not producing what they advertise. I have reported to the ACCC.

Same story as others: placed order months ago and nothing received. Multiple attempts to contact with no response. Logged a complaint with Pay Pal and company responded to them with bogus tracking information that it had been delivered (tracking link didn’t even work). Pay Pal appear to have taken the side of the vendor - so much for buyer protection! Also trading under the name of Black Cherry Company.

Very similar experience. No response what so ever. Also contacting the credit card company and posting a bad review in hopes that someone will avoid this.

Coat arrived eventually but it had been opened before it had reached this country and had been stuffed back in the bag. It was crushed and covered in fluff and straw. The quality was awful, cheap fabric and very poorly made. Like everyone else I sent an email asking for a refund but I won't hold my breath.

Waited three months - complained to Paypal - was THEN sent a coat that looked awful. Has given up in advance on sending it back. It is now used as dressing-up gown when my sons want to look like Snape.

The same as everyone else here, my experience with Trendidol has been horrendous! Stupidly, I placed an order for the Eva Trench Coat which "looked" amazing. After months of non arrival, I looked up the reviews on here and realised I had been scammed, like everyone else. Luckily, so I thought, I paid using PayPal. I logged a claim and, hey presto, due to pressure from PayPal, the coat arrived. But, yes, like other comments here, the coat is absolute RUBBISH! So I changed my PayPal claim to one of wanting a refund due to the product being nothing like the advertised item. All well and good, but I have to pay for the item to be returned .. to ISRAEL! $80.00 Australian dollars, thanks very much! So much for buyer protection from PayPal !! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

EDIT: The dress finally arrived today, 2 months after I placed the order.

I ordered a dress which looked very similar to one I had seen on another website, but for much cheaper. I went back and checked, and it is the exact same model and photo as on the other website.

My review would have been different if they had replied to any of my queries about the order.

Same story. I ordered the trench coat June 27th from a FB add. 2 months ago .....I haven't received it and they won't answer my emails. I can't find a phone number...........I should have read the reviews before ordering. Calling my cc company to see if they can help.
Don't order from these people!!!

same as below, I ordered the Eva jacket in early June. Despite the money leaving my bank immediately, not jacket has arrived. They have ignored all my emails so I have to conclude that they are scammers also

I ordered the Eva trenchcoat on 10 July this year from Trendidol and it hasn't arrived yet. Have emailed the company but have yet to receive a reply and cannot find a contact number anywhere. I'm assuming I've wasted $120 Aud and am extremely angry. I'm Tempted t take this "company" down with the help of some lawyer friends and a QC, they shouldn't be getting away with this!!

Well, I did at least receive an item - only after waiting for 2 months and then emailing them about it to find out what happened.
When it arrived it did not look like the item in the picture (different colour) and was not the size I ordered.
Also, it was basically crap, really cheap fabric, looked terrible.
I emailed and asked for a refund four times. but nothing, no response.
I can't wear the item, it is so bad.
I have learned a lesson - does anyone want a crappy coat for free?

My issue is the same as everybody else. After you made your purchase you get the lovely "Welcome to the Trendidol Family" emails from Ashely. I've decided that there is no Ashley, its all fake. I'm the same as Lou, as soon as I had placed the order I felt uneasy and did a search & found all these reviews. That was 6 weeks ago. At that point I realised I'd been scamed. Same results no replys to emails, no shipping numer & no parcel.
Stay away from Trendidol.

1 star is generous but this system wont allow me to rate any less. I paid for a jacket 2 months ago. Now winter has almost gone and no sign of jacket. Many emails sent but only one response one month ago. Not feeling confident. I remember feeling a bit nervous about this order at the time I placed it. I should have followed my gut feeling.

Ordered and paid an EVA Trench 2 months ago and have not received it. Sent 3 emails with no response. Received the order number and that’s all.
Will take this to a much higher authority than this platform. Facebook is enough trouble without allowing scammers to advertise. I am demanding a refund.

Doesn't even deserve one star.
We ordered a coat. We received an email advising us we would receive a tracking number. One month later we received an email after much begging.
email said the item has been sent. One month later the item is not showing up. This website has no phone number or no fax number and they do not respond to emails. It's a scam. Do not purchase anything from this lot.

Scamadviser.com have advised that they have their owner and Country hidden so nobody knows who they are or where they are from.

9 WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED MY COAT.
It is THE MOST SHOCKING CHEAP MATERIAL and NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. It would take me another 3 months I imagine, to get a refund if I get anything at all. Thank God I paid through PayPal.
PayPal should drop this company like a hot potato.!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!!

I have waited seven weeks on my delivery, and it’s still not here !!!!!
Like many customers have emailed and only every received one reply saying my item was shipped, that was in June!!!
Wish I would have read the reviews on here first.
Do not buy from this site !!

Have waited 7 weeks for a delivery. I’ve emailed multiple times and they don’t respond! Think I’ve said goodbye to £75! Hoping PayPal can intervene. Be wary if you shop on this site!
