Awful, dangerous, cheap plastic tat, break in less than 2 years. Our house was fitted with Then, the chrome rubs off quickly and the rockers fail. Electrician found several dangerous switches. We have replaced a few times, they last less than 2 years on average. Avoid, horrible company who don't honour guarantee
Envelope arrived today via Royal Mail “Tracked 48 No Signature”. Unfortunately, the envelope was empty. Contacted support who told me to contact post office. Now left without item and out of pocket not knowing what to do.
Item was supposed to be delivered in max. 10 days. It took in fact 3 weeks!
The product did not match description (massage gun made a lot more noise than they claimed). Requests for a return were not answered. No contact from Trendilo, product quality awful.
