Underwhelming
Got 2 for Mother’s Day. The ornaments were okay. The protective paper was tea hard to remove. It’s smaller than I expected and sort of cheap looking. It looks like a Shrinky Dink made by a child. I didn’t expect it to be plastic and wish I could have personalized the “grandma” part in middle (because that’s not what we call ours.) Perhaps I didn’t read the fine print carefully enough or the website was not easy enough to navigate, but overall I was underwhelmed and feel I paid too much. I guess I should know not to buy things from Facebook ads.

The ordering process was fine, but that said the item came in in a bag and the sweatshirt felt wet. I don’t know if water was getting in it or what but it didn’t sit on my steps long and it wasn’t raining the day that I had it delivered also, the size is smaller than I would’ve anticipated for a large. I was disappointed that I didn’t hear back when I wrote the team about this.

It is very cute but extremly tiny and maybe I missed…
It is very cute and maybe I missed something in the description but the size is so small it fits in the palm of my hand. I bought it for my mother in law who is a great grandma of 5. I can barely read the inscription. She won't be able to see it. Another discrepancy the flowers dont hang from the base they are painted as if they do.
