Customer Service excellence
I have been have some issues with my service which were always dealt with promptly and with a very helpful attitude. It turns out a lot of the issues were my own fault as I was using an out of date device . I am also not the most up to date person with technology , but I was always dealt with in the most patient friendly manner.
I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review to the customer service people I have been dealing with over the past week or so , their service and attitude have been outstanding.
