This seller is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I placed an order and made full payment, but no product was delivered even after many days. When I contacted the seller to ask for delivery details or tracking, instead of giving a proper reply, they spoke very rudely and used an unacceptable tone.
After asking again for a solution or refund, the seller blocked me and stopped all communication. This shows that the seller has no intention of helping customers once payment is received.
A genuine seller should provide proper updates, delivery proof, or refund, but this seller did none of that.
This behavior creates serious doubt about their honesty and business practices.
I strongly warn other buyers to not trust this seller and not make advance payment

Placed order last night for a suit and received it in the afternoon the next day. Swift delivery as guaranteed and quality of the suit is great. Looks better in real than in pictures and fits perfectly.
Would order again for sure.

Very disappointed. My friend received a defective product with a clear manufacturing defects. Customer support refused to help, blaming the lack of an unboxing video and a 24-hour limit. They were not even ready to talk as my friend did not want any refund, she just wanted to talk and address the issue and after so much request for just to talk all she got is can not do. Poor quality and terrible service. They have also blocked their accounts to save faces.

PATHETIC SUPPORT TEAM. Ordered a few products, I don't live in India so asked my friend to check the quality. Came with a few holes, and spots. Tried contacting support and was told off by saying I should've recorded my unboxing and 24 hours have passed so can't do anything. It's clearly a manufacturing defect but they're refusing to even talk about it. Keep replying with 'Can not do' to my paragraph long messages. I ordered that for a very special function and they lack basic humanity. Won't even pickup my call anymore and keep rejecting my calls. When I asked to cancel my future order they said can't do. PLEASE AVOID THESE.

The most genuine brand i came across. I have already purchased alot of times from them. They r always my go to shopping brand. Their outfits are amazing and superb quality. I'll recommend everyone to make a purchase from them. It's worth it.

Fraud company

I ordered total 5 dresses from her costing around 12k from Netherlands ( Indian delivery) I was expecting to get them delivered within 7-10 days as claimed but I received only 3 suits & 2 were undelivered. On the website it was showing all got delivered, after contacting them via WhatsApp, I received remaining 2 after a month. One suit I wore for an event for 2 hours only & the lining tore automatically, such a cheap quality cloth & lining they are using & upon highlighting, received very rude response & even she was not even ready to acknowledge what I said to her

I had a terrible experience with this company. Four items were never delivered even after six months. When I followed up, the customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional, even using offensive language. The product quality is very poor and sizes are not accurate. I strongly advise others not to buy from them.

I ordered 3 suits from this company in 40 size .they send one suit in 40 size which cost is 2000.Another one sent in 46 size which cost is 2200 And another one sent 38 size which cost is 1850 and charged 150 as shipping.After receiving I complained to owner and ask for return but she said that return nahi hoga.bahut batamiji ki and blocked me.mam ka behaviour bhi bahut ganda tha.mene bola return le lo shipping me de dungi to boli na to return hoga na hi replace.mujhe boli shut up idiot.meri kya galti hai jab vo khud 40 size available bolkar wrong size ke suit bhejti hai.suit ke tag bhi katkar bheje the.mere to dono suit jo 4050/- +150 shipping ke faltu lag gaye.apni galti manane ki bajay mere se hi jagarne lag gayi

I've been looking for that authentic Resham suits ) attires for functions. I stumbled upon their ad on Instagram and absolutely loved the collection. This is my 7th purchase. Recently wore one of their collections to a wedding and got a " Wow" reaction! I would say it's value for money, great designs choice of colours best part you don't have to spend extra to get it stiched and their customer support is super swift responsive. I'm a customer forever.
