Double charged my card and 6 months chasing and not returned my money

I booked my Cruise tickets using there website and there was an issue and we called there cruise call center and there was a guy who help me and he took my card details as he mentioned there was not option for me to make any other type of payments, and after few days I see there was a charge on my card, and they made me wait for 2 months as they say they cannot see under there account, After sever email with there account team, they accepted that they have bubble charged my card and they will refund, but I have been chasing them for more than 4 months and they have not refunded, this is a fraud company, I have no trust in this company and would not recommend to anyone.
