NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Its a scam! You'll never get your products! This "Lukas" is a total looser.
So people out there, just don't order from this so called "company".
Its just a scam.

And "Lukas", karma will hit you, thats for sure!

If I could give a zero to this company I would. It’s a complete SCAM. I’m not one to usually review a company but they must be stopped. I like a jacket on their site. I emailed them to ask if I could order multiple sizes of the jacket and return (at my own cost) the ones that didn’t fit. Their email response was “absolutely!” I proceeded to buy three jackets in three different sizes. When I received them I emailed them for the return address as the return label expresses you must do. They said that unless the item was damaged I could not return it. I forwarded the email they had previously sent me (it was sent by the same person “Lucas” ) and they responded with the same email that if the item wasn’t damaged I could not return it. It’s a complete scam of a company. The refund policy also does not state that only damaged goods could be returned. They are a boss I le horrible company it’s a scam. BE WARE.

Trends hill: looking at reviews on trust pilot and reviews on trends hill page, how the hell can they have all reviews with 5 stars and here only zero stars? A rip off if you ask me. my girl was just about to transfer 56eur for a jacket and after I read the reviews here I stopped her. And all is true, they dont have a telephone number.

I made a order via this page, my goods did not come,At my first appeal they replied that they would give me a drop if I bought the same product again,at my second appeal they claim that they have nothing to do with the errors of the post that it delivers, on my request to return the money they refused, my order was 59.90,irresponsibility and very bad contact and with customers,

I ordered 2 items. Never received one. The customer service is very poor. I will never order from this company again. And will comment to others not to order as well when I see there post to sell. Unexceptionable to steal money & not make an order right.

Tried to exchange a coat. Got a shady email back stating I could buy a new one with a “custom” discount. Have tried to email twice since, no reply and I’m out $65 with a coat that is way smaller than the sizing chart.

The company send the wrong item and then required that I pay for return shipping to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered an XS dress and received a M. The fact that they want me to pay for their mistakes is ridiculous.

I ordered a coat 68 days ago. The tracking shows that it left the departure country 55 days ago. So it took 13 days just to be shipped and there is NO further tracking details when the website and order confirmation says 2 - 4 weeks. Of course there is no telephone number to call and when I email I get the same response, please wait patiently and given the tracking number all over again. It doesn't help giving me the tracking details if it left a departure country 55 days ago and not arrived on the destination country after 31 days. Is it coming across land via ox-wagon? I will never order anything from Trendshill again and I will be spreading the word to my friends and family.
