This was my first purchase and I am really impressed.

This was my first purchase and I really didn't know what to expect but I'm really impressed with the quality of the clothes. The moment you put it on you can tell that this is made really well. Fitted as hoped and was delivered quickly. Great that it came in a cardboard box and not plastic.
I really recommend buying from this company.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

As a first time buyer, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Trendsplant, which has left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied.

After purchasing a sweater from Trendsplant, I realized it didn't quite meet my expectations upon wearing it once. Following their return and refund policy, I promptly initiated the return process, only to be met with an email informing me that the return was rejected. The reason cited was that the sweater had been washed and the hangtag was reattached manually.

While I understand the importance of adhering to return policies, I must express my frustration with the inflexibility displayed in this instance. Having worn the sweater only once, I find it unreasonable that my attempt to return it was denied. As a customer, I expect a certain level of flexibility and understanding, especially when the product's condition remains pristine apart from a single wear.

Moreover, the offer of a 30% discount code for a future purchase felt more like a dismissive gesture than a genuine attempt to rectify the situation. Instead of addressing the root cause of my dissatisfaction, it seemed as though I was being incentivized to spend more money with a company that failed to meet my expectations initially. This approach not only missed the mark but also exacerbated my frustration.

Throughout this ordeal, I have found the customer service response lacking in empathy and understanding. It is disheartening to encounter such a dismissive attitude towards customer concerns and dissatisfaction. As a consumer, I value companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

In conclusion, my experience with Trendsplant has been highly disappointing. From the refusal to accept a legitimate return to the inadequate attempt at resolution, I am left feeling undervalued as a customer. I sincerely hope that Trendsplant takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service practices to avoid similar experiences for other customers in the future.

We more than appreciate and care about every opinion and try to attend every disagreement or suggestion from our customers

Your dissatisfaction is clearly accepted, understood and taken into consideration, which unfortunately cannot be said about your so called above "legitimate return"

As habitually in the process we checked the returned sweater for quality control and immediately identified the garment as used and washed and qualified it as unfit to be considered as "accepted return"

Once we discovered the conditions of your return, one of our customer service agents got in touch with you and notified you about the issue in order to help you and explain our return and refund policy, and that in consequence the returned sweater will be sent back to you. Additionally offering the discount as a gesture which of course you are more than willing to accept or decline

What was more confusing and probably the most upsetting fact in our customer experience is that from the very beginning you completely denied the fact that the garment has been washed, that after one try you realized that the sweater did not meet your necessities and that you immediately proceeded to return the item. Afterwards you tried to assure us that the garment has been washed, respecting care and wash instructions.

These two contrary statements just added more inadequacy in your details.

As B Corp company that respects the transparency and honesty in the information we share with our public (and expect the same from our clients) we'd like to certified this matter as inappropriate that contains contradicting statements and does not fit with the reality of the facts, and the measures we took to manage this incident are aligned and backed with our return and refund policy that does not violate any rights of the customer

We'd like to mention that one of our main priorities is to provide good customer support & help when the situation requires, making the whole Trendsplant experience easy and satisfying for everyone

With this being said, and after evaluating the situation we highly recommend you to reconsider your interest in being part of our small and reciprocal community, 🐘

Needless to say that we are very sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel before leaving for holiday and not being able to enjoy the swim shorts during your vacation

Sometimes parcels shipped to the UK can experience some unforecasted delays that could be caused by customs detention or be held up at transfer depot, which can slow down delivery process for couple of days
