I saw and ordered online from Trenix.nl but this website seems to be a total scam. I just wasted and paid an item it wasn’t delivered yet and it’s been more than two weeks now. Haven’t heard anything from the shipping/tracking of the item either. I was very dissapointed and angry with them.

I have recently started using TrendX and it is amazing. I like the designs and how quick and easy it is to navigate through the sections plus it provides daily information about the markets. I LIKE IT!👍

They have delivered a fake product. The brand name has a typo typical sign of some chinese bad copy.

Totally wrong product received after 2 months of waiting and multiple contact with 'customer service'. Returning the product is cumbersome and have to pay shipping costs ourselves.

Do not order from this site. Order not received and all phone calls to follow up in the order get cut off. I repeat: do not order anything from trendx.nl

Track & trace number doesn’t work. We ordered school bags from this site. Nobody picks up phone. Avoid this site

Such a bad company. Do not deliver, do not respond to anything.
After 4 weeks still no money and no product delivered.

We bought a school bag for our daughter almost two months ago. It has never arrived. We keep receiving mails about expected delivery time but nothing happens.

We contacted the firm via their customer service. No reply.

Will we ever get our money back?!

worst company ever, I received the package 8 months later, no one answer email, client service is so bad, I sent the item back it's been a month no responds or refund, again they don't answer my emails- DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Never buy anything there. Ordered with them but they didn't deliver on time as indicated on their website. Worse when called to cancel the order, they said the product came from China therefore they couldn't cancel it, while the tracking number said clearly it is not even picked up. They just refuse to cancel order. Give me my money back.

Yeah, I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. Ordered a Minecraft foam Pick Axe toy for my son's birthday. It came after his birthday and was 3 sheets of paper- a DIY puzzle project. Seriously. I followed the website's policy by making contact with a question regarding why I would have to pay return shipping if they sent me the wrong product to begin with....3 weeks no answer. I gave extra time since its a crisis with Corona, but nothing. It's clear that it's a scam or customer service doesn't exist. I agree with everyone else. It's either a scam company or it's just not worth buying from them.

I have never heard of them or bought from them but they got my email somehow and are continuously spamming me. I have unsubscribed (even though i never subscribed) and mailed their CS but they keep sending me messages.

Not possible to trust this company. Never more ordering anything . On march I have ordered 2 masks blue and red also maybe 20 simple masks .2masks I got after 2 months sadly color didnt match my order and both were white. So later I was waiting for my other masks to come .Everytime I was writing to them , I was getting the same answer soon it will come now we have delivery problems , it takes longer time and etc. Funniest part is that few days ago I got these simple masks after more than HALF A YEAR.

Worst company ever, I bought a bag from them, super bad quality, it actually ripped apart in the first weeks of using it. Tried to get a replacement product or a refund. The company fully ignored my requests. Then I threatened to use my rights as a customer. I finally got a refund, only after I told them that I'd report them to the police for delivering a "faulty product".

Do not buy from this company! I placed an order 4 months ago, paid, and nothing has arrived. They do not respond to emails. Avoid this company at all costs
