SCAM!!!!

Ordered a sofa on tje 1st of May. They provided some tracking information. I contacted them to chase up delivery and was told it was delayed. This is now July and no sofa, and they stopped responding to my emails weeks ago. Have initiated a charge back to hopefully get my money back. Don't know how these people sleep at night.

I bought a sofa from this company ans they sent me an invoice. The invoice was blurred and they didnt even have their address on it. So I told them to refund my money just after the day I bought. They always answered me for all my questions. They told me they will refund but they never did and ignored my e mails afterwards.

SCAM site beware ! Good Reviews are total fake! order cancelled by company but no money returned.seeking a card refund! Total waste of my time and disgusting these criminals can stealing my money so easily!

It's a SCAMMMM - the positive review are fake and referes to date in which it was not even possible to buy the product - it's a well done scam! STAY AWAY

Sito TRUFFA!! fake site! Over a month now, and while they are very good at giving you a response in the first few weeks to keep you thinking you will get your order, once the magic time comes for you to get your stuff, they are GONE!

Really disheartened to see this is obviously a scam website. Just so frustrating. Will report them to the police for fraud etc - more annoying I wasted some of the summer waiting for garden furniture!

I had a similar experience to others, told me it would be 10 days late due to customs and now ignoring, tracking number goes nowhere, can't get a response at all.

So gross taking money from people in this way

Scam. I cancelled the order and they sent me a reply with a "proof of refund" but my credit card is not getting any. Now, I am in dispute process and can take up to 6 months to get the money back.

Do not order from this place. As most other reviews state it is mostly a scam. Paid for items on the 16th May and still has not arrived. They do not respond to emails. Will be approaching my bank for a chargeback

scam, the website has broken links, the instagram account does not exist. Do your due diligence before ordering from internet. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

It looks genuine but it isn't. They communicated me with me about delivery for 30 days kept delaying and moving the delivery day after 30 days no further contact. No reply to any emails. No reply on live chat. No reply to my refund request. To Google. Ignore every positive report review they are lying.

Haven't provided tracking information at all like they said they would only told when it would arrive over email but not given a tracking number. I've emailed and messaged on their website asking for a refund and to cancel my order with no reply I've raised the dispute with klarna now. Its funny because I was going to buy more but they've been so unprofessional they seem like they are scammers and now everything on their site now says out of stock weirdly enough. I ordered a month ago and nothing yet. They said on their site 10-14 days for delivery which was utterly incorrect. luckily I only bought the cheapest thing they sold to test wether it actually wasn't a scam but it was definitely too good to be true. Most likely a scam.

Either a scam or a company going into insolvency looking to get as much money in the bank as possible.

After being told I would receive full reimbursement because products out of stock (although their site still allows me to purchase exactly the same items), this email was sent to me:

« We are sincerely in a complicated situation, the reimbursement will not be finalized because our bank account is blocked, this risks leading our company to bankruptcy. We are simply a company in difficulty and we regret this situation once again.

The situation will eventually evolve and be resolved, unfortunately we cannot tell you exactly when but we are in negotiations. Our priority is to reimburse you.

And regarding our items, we unfortunately can no longer deliver to France and some other countries. »

DO NOT buy from these crooks.

Have not replied to emails and when it looks too good to be true price wise, it usually is.

I have raised this as fraudulent with my credit card - save yourself the time and agony

Page may seem genuine, but after you place your order, expect little to none communication. Emailed now many times as sofa never came. What was initially 10 days, was later 20, and nothing until this day. Company not responding. No tracking number no nothing. Reporting this as fraudulent.

the same chose that everyone placed an order, a problem therefore refund, but refund never arrives on the account

Now I understand why there is a "problem" to pay with paypal! Since 9.05. I ordered a garden set, wich would be delivered in 10 Days!! The Chat service was so nice and inmediately answered, but now they do not answer anymore! I will contact my Bank and try to get my money back, the last I was told is that I would get my order this week, but after reading the comments here it is clear that ist is a Fraud! They do not answer teh emails and there is not telefon number to call, be carefull!!!

I ordered 3 sets of sofas on May 10, until now I didn't receive anything , and now no more information about the order too. The call nobody reply never . it is totally a liar . Pay attention everyone. where can I get my money back?

This company is a scam, I ordered and payed for garden furniture 4 weeks ago still has not arrived, they were answering the emails promising a delivery date which was never followed through, do not be fooled by their reply, Now they are ignoring my emails. I really don't believe some of these positive feedbacks I think it's part of a scam.
