I bought items under the illusion they…

I bought items under the illusion they were Apple products. Bought AirPods and a charging cable. They seemed fake so I asked for a refund. They emailed back saying, use it for a while you’ll see it’s not fake. I took items to the Apple Store. They confirmed items were fake (charging cable does not work, AirPods are light weight and seem easy to break apart) I then emailed them, please can you process a refund. They went AWOL. I sent multiple messages but heard nothing. This is a SCAM - do not buy.

Unsure if truly apple products, one ear piece stopped working a few months after buying, wouldn’t waste your money

I bought these thinking they were apple…

I bought these thinking they were apple ipods but at the price I bought them at was not altogether surprised when they came and were NOT apple ipods. Despite this they are actually a good product and I am impressed with them so far.

Fakes

They are copy iPods with pretty hopeless noise cancelling. They do connect and are recognised as iPods by my iPhone, but connectivity is a bit temperamental on the pair I have. They look and feel good and the sound quality isn’t bad. As an ear phone I’d rate them higher, but as they are ‘iPods’ and are not originals, I have to mark them down. I’ve just ordered originals from the Apple Store and will give these to my mother in law.

I purchased some AirPods thinking they…

I purchased some AirPods thinking they were genuine Apple products after confirming they were refurbished I decided to send them back, after 4 weeks I still have had no refund the items were unopened so no reason for not refunding me. Now they won’t even respond to my emails.

Quality of AirPod2 pro mics

I purchased AirPod 2 Pro. But the microphone is worse and unable to hear the other party. This might be an issue with an Apple product, but not worth the money. Samsung wireless bud really works better than Apple AirPod 2

They sell 1:1 reps that’s all

They sent me replicas as I’ve checked under the lid and no serial number is shown furthermore one ‘AirPod’ has stopped working.
