The windows that we had fitted in February of this year are truly 5 star. The fitters went the extra mile to ensure that job was completed on time and to a very high standard. TVW also didn’t insist... See more

The lady on the phone realized the urgency of my issue and arranged for someone to call later the same day. The repairer knew how to fix it quickly ,was polite and informative.
All personnel I dealt with seemed professional and the ordering to installation was a reasonable length of time.
The installation was excellent with 2 very good men who, although young (ish), knew precisely what they were doing from the moment they arrived to when they finished. Pleased with the quality of the windows and door particularly the security of the locking mechanisms.
Staff on first point of contact were polite and courteous, sales rep was very good.not pushy at all, surveyor was very helpful, window fitters were brilliant and not messy, all in all a very good experience, well done the whole team, thankyou
Sorry I had to put one star on to write a review.
Avoid at all cost, they go out of business then go back into business with a tweak to their name and logo.

Excellent job from start to finish. My conservatory has new frames, windows and a new roof. It looks beautiful. The job was done with care, professionalism and in a timely manner. The workmen were lovely and very respectful. The conservatory was also of a very reasonable cost. I'd definitely recommend Trent Valley Windows

From quote to installation everything went smoothly. Fred was our salesmen. He was friendly and knew his windows. He wasn’t pushy like some window salesman are known to be like. We did get quotes from other companies but they didn’t have the customer service like Trent Valley had shown. We could have had cheaper but we knew those windows would not be anywhere near the quality and standard of what Trent Valley Windows were offering. The window fitters were great, they cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. The windows look great. Fab quality. We couldn’t be happier. We would definitely use Trent Valley Windows again.

Great service from start to finish. Organised Trent Valley windows to install a new front door for my Mum. She’s elderly & lives alone, they were very understanding. There was no mess left,it was absolutely spotless. Mum was extremely happy with her door & the service provided. Very fast too, only a matter of weeks from quote to installation. Highly recommend.

Completed the request for a quote for a new front door online. 72 hours later, no holding reply no contact whatsoever. I’m glad I got a taste of the level of customer service at an early stage. Must be a very popular and busy company if they cannot acknowledge a request in a reasonable timescale.

We had a sales guy called Khalid visit us. Went through a lot of options. We were looking to have a new front door and new patio doors with some additional brickwork. We decided at the time just to have the front door changed but later decided to have the patio doors changed as well.
They arranged a surveyor and sort the fitting of the new front door. Everything was fine with this part of the project.
The same can’t be said for the patio doors. The surveyor came and it all seems positive. The fitters arrive to put in the new doors. However, it became evident that neither a bricklayer nor plasterer had been arranged. The project manager Ian, then went on to organise this but it was 5 days before the bricklayer came. In that time the gap last was left was fitted with OSB board rendering the property unsecure and drafty.
The bricklayer came and bricked up the outside, which was a nice job but has made a mess of the inside fitting the brick to far in and too far over. The left a near impossible job for the plasterer. The plasterer came a few days later and wasn’t happy with the last left. He managed to plasterer over the brickwork but didn’t have enough of a gap to put plasterboard in. This means we now have really thick plaster which will crack over time.
We then started to develop problem with the doors. The deadlocks became so stiff we couldn’t lock the door, again leaving the property unsecured.
We have been emailing and ringing the project manager constantly but he never answers the phone and takes weeks to respond to emails. We eventually got a response from him and he arranged for a guy called Chris to visit to do an inspection. Chris shred that the internal brickwork was wrong and need to be redone. This meant it would also need to be replastered. Since that visit, some 3 weeks before this review, we have heard nothing from anyone. We have rung the project manager several times and the customer service team and still nothing is sorted.
We are now unable to start our living room project. The doors still don’t lock properly, the doors still aren’t fully fitted and the brickwork still need to be redone and we can’t get hold of anyone to sort it out.
My next step with be a section 75 with the finance company and a call to the financial ombudsman.
We just want what we paid for. Shouldn’t be too much to ask. They were very quick to take the money but the workmanship and customer service is shocking. Day 1 of the project was 29th January and it’s still it sorted.
Update. Continues to be shocking. Spoke to Peter, head of customer services. Asked for details and pictures. All of which are already with the project manager but still had to do it again. Then silence.
The project manager finally called in the meantime just to send Chris out again for yet more pictures. He adjusted the door again and admitted it had dropped. Still difficult to lock. No mention of plans to fix anything. Disgusting company.

This is a review not about the company’s windows but about the poor behaviour of one of their drivers.
We were driving on the A614 near White Post. There was a 20 mile an hour speed limit-the road had just been resurfaced and was covered in grit. A Trent Valley Windows van overtook us at about 50 miles an hour driving recklessly. Our car was showered in grit. The windscreen had to be replaced urgently. Trent Valley ignored our claim for our insurance excess. They now refer us to their insurers who won’t reimburse us in the absence of dashcam. We are taking Trent Valley to the County Court. Although it is a relatively small amount, it’s the principle that the company is not prepared to take any accountability for one of its employees, the driver.

Dawn dealt with my issue efficiently and arranged a survey and repair. Chris was polite and efficient when he visited, with the repair being performed prompty.
