We needed a new front door and side…
We needed a new front door and side panel and hoped to be able to get a composite one. Not being 100% sure on what we wanted, if we could afford it and no idea who to use as a supplier, we started by going to the Trent Valley display at the garden centre on Mapperley top. There was an excellent display of doors for us to view and a very helpful sales agent who booked us a sales appointment. The rep who called was very likeable listened to what we wanted and gave us a no bullshit quote so we accepted it. A surveyor called a few days after and again listened to what we wanted to achieve regarding the width of the door and side panel and showed us exactly what we could have. The fitters arrived a couple of weeks later, on time and did a great job, tidied up after themselves and spent time showing us how the locking system worked and how to get any extra keys if we needed them. All payments were very easy to make online with receipts arriving within minutes. So can’t fault the system, service or staff.

Roof glazing panels
Whilst I was cleaning my conservatory roof I noticed that 2 of the glass panels had, under gravity, moved down. I went to my nearest dealership at a nearby garden center and explained my concerns. The rep couldn't have been more helpful. He asked me to email him the details and photos. A few days later, after the weekend, I got a phone call and arranged for a visit. The guy came round but the glass was too heavy for one person to lift. Another phone call and a second visit and my roof panels were back in place within 45 minutes. I feel this was excellent service. Thank you very much

Pressure Sales
Would be far better if they provide a price and give a little time for you to make a decision. I don’t know if it’s worth paying the extra for their windows/doors as didn’t buy them. I felt so hassled and pressured I just wanted them to stop calling in the end.

Excellent warranty service
We had a window that wouldn’t stay locked, Trent Valley came out at a time to suit us and assed the issue, a new part was required which was ordered and fitted quickly again at a suitable time and the fitter was excellent.

Good Installation
All personnel I dealt with seemed professional and the ordering to installation was a reasonable length of time.
The installation was excellent with 2 very good men who, although young (ish), knew precisely what they were doing from the moment they arrived to when they finished. Pleased with the quality of the windows and door particularly the security of the locking mechanisms.

Trent Valley Windows is a separate company that commenced trading around that time and, as a result, we do not hold the historical records or documentation relating to your original installation. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to investigate or provide support under any original contract or guarantee that may have existed with the previous company.
However, in an effort to assist, our team has offered to supply the replacement frame glass at cost price and carry out the installation free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
Should you wish to proceed with this offer or discuss the matter further, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist wherever possible.

Excellent job from start to finish. My conservatory has new frames, windows and a new roof. It looks beautiful. The job was done with care, professionalism and in a timely manner.
