The boots are not good quality
The boots are not good quality. Unfortunately I've bought 4 pairs of these boots (It didn't register with me at the time as I've bought Tresspass coats) and within a year, the right shoe (in my case) starts letting water in. I'm afraid I won't be buying these boots and I can't really recommend them. The problem I have which boots should I buy! Other Tresspass products seem to be fine and not really had any issues with them.

I odered a pants from them two weeks ago on black friday sale and even though it was clearly indicated on website and in the shoping cart that shipping would be free on items more than $50 (I have screenshots) I was charged the shipping.
I am trying to contact them for almost two weeks with no responce except a messages like this:

Money gone - no socks
Ordered some socks 05/11/2025 (o/n 1002838979) but they have not arrived. 2 emails to customer services - no response. Telephoned and promised they would turn up 19/11/2025. No they have not!
Seems like this web site is a scam cashing in on a good name. Next stop Tading Standards.
Exceptional customer service Cwmbran store
I recently placed an online order arranging to collect from my local store. Having arrived to store I was told that only part of the order had been received. I asked when the next item would be delivered but was told that they did not know. I said I would call during the following week. Given that I live 30 minutes drive away from the store I tried to ring them to check on the status of my order but was unable to get an answer from the store.
I decided to ring the next nearest store this being Cwmbran to see if they may be able to help. I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Lee Davies who was beyond helpful. Lee took the details of my order and made enquiries on my behalf.
I received a call from the previous store informing me that the second half of my order had been lost in transit. I asked if I could reorder but was told that the item was no longer in stock and offered a refund which I accepted but was disappointed about my order.
The following day, Lee rang me to check that I had been contacted. I updated him on the order and he did all he could to resolve the issue. He checked the system and offered to order me a different type of body board and arranged to have it delivered to the Cwmbran. Lee arranged for my previous order to be refunded in full which has since been received. I advised that I was going away the following week and needed the items before the Friday. Lee assured me that the order would be received by this time.
I received a telephone call yesterday from Lee informing me that my order was ready for collection.
I visited the store today and both Lee and his colleague were extremely helpful. Lee apologised for the process of my previous order but he went over and above to ensure that he was able to fulfil my order request.
Thank you very much Lee. Your customer service has been exceptional and I now have two very happy children. In future I will plan to do all of my shopping with Trespass Cwmbran who have resorted my faith in their service.
Returns from online purchase
Received an order from online, most items good but returned 2 fleeces to store in Cambridge, they gave me a receipt but monies didnt get refunded, went back in and each time said there was no way of checking as they have no link or something but come back when manager in who never seemed to be there! Eventually I phoned their service line and the lady on there after I emailed a copy of receipt refunded monies that day so helpline was great, Cambridge store somewhat useless when it comes to returns from online purchases anyhow!
Men’s trespass sandals
I bought 2 pairs of trespass men’s sandals and wore 1 pair for 2 weeks and the back strap broke and then the other pair I wore for 2-1/2 weeks and the same strap broke!!! Don’t buy as the quality is really bad
No return form, order number not recognized
I bought a rain jacket on this website and it doesn't fit, and there is no way to return it - no return form to fill out, and their crappy website doesn't recognize the order number. Their customer service agents just copy/paste whatever "answers" they're told to give without answering the actual question. Really starting to think it's a full-on scam.
Seems totally scam
Seems totally scam. They send shoes with DPD. Revoked my order or something happened because DPD says "Your parcel is on its way back to Trespass" from sortation facility. They received it and after 5 days still can't refund my money. Support not answer...

My wife bought a coat online and the panels were coming apart straight away. Contacted Tresspass and they sent another coat that was also coming apart on multiple seams. Was given a led 2 cell battery torch…
Was given a led 2 cell battery torch for Christmas . In short it doesn’t work, it’s faulty. Trespass store in Truro visited and head office contacted but they refused to replace torch without proof of purchase even though it is clearly faulty. I would suggest people avoid this brand as they sell poor quality goods. You would think that as a good will gesture it would be exchanged as it is clearly defective/ poor quality
With my experience of this brand I will never buy from them again and will inform other people of my experience
Trespass are seling defective items online listed as brand new.
I purchased a trespass coat for my brother for christmas on the official trespass account through ebay. The description said it is a brand new item but the coat clearly has defects! On the cuffs on the sleeves they are not stitched even all the way round and there is clearly something wrong with the stitching. Also the hood is not attached to the inside of the coat so you cant wear it with the hood up because the lining of the hood is NOT ATTACHED. This item is nor sellable in a store due to the production issues and doesnt match the description and is clearly DEFECTIVE. I was charged full price for a coat that was made poorly feels fake and has defects then Trespass told me to ship the item back on christmas eve when the item was bought as a gift for my 16 year old brother and there would be no time to replace the item. Conpletely unacceptable there is no way they missed this before shipping the item they are just trying to sell faulty defective stock hoping people wont notice. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TRESPASS AGAIN! TERRIBLE DISHONEST COMPANY!

I returned a faulty hat on 15th October which involved having to fill in a form, leaving my phone number and waiting for them to call me back. I haven't heard from them since. It can't possibly take this long.
I don't even know why this process would be necessary in the first place, and I couldn't have been given the refund in store.

Very poor service. I have a coat and it seems to have a fault which is causing it to let in water. I sent an email to customer services with pictures and got an automated response but no reply. I then chased it 2 further times and emailed the CEO as was getting do reply. I've still not got a reply 3 weeks later.............and I still have the fault coat......

I have to returned waterproof coat I bought for Scotland trip for March, nice coat well made but just front zip was struggled to closed 1 in 3times I was tryed many times at home . Salesperson was very friendly and understanding ( he was very helpful when I bought coat few days ago . I normally don't like returning item I bought also it was bit expensive items so , but I love tresspass brand I own 3 jacket and I will buy another one soon. Happy visiting this store. Purchased an over shirt for holiday. On first use the decorative stitching started to come apart, making the shirt look tatty.
