Taxicode cancelled last minute!

Our bus got Cancelled last minute through taxi code. The company said they had not confirmed the booking with taxi code. We have been left with no transport however tretts of Tyneside are being very helpful to try and get our refund back to us from taxicode and are making a complaint to taxicode. Do
Not book through taxicode!

Unfortunately this booking was booked through a 3rd party Taxicode, Taxicode accepted this booking on our behalf on 30th July, on 1st of August we cancelled the booking via taxicode as we couldn't accommodate the request. Tretts of Tyneside did not cancel this booking 3days ago Taxicode have even though it has been cancelled on their system since 1st of August. We have not received any payment for this job either this again is being held with taxicode, we will try our very best to help this customer get a full refund. we have had similar issues in the past with this 3rd party and it is very hard to actually speak to a person no matter how many compliant tickets we raise. We really hope you get to your festival.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service! Fourteen of us visited Holy Island for a Baptism service yesterday, and Peter, our driver, was so very friendly, and he couldn't have been more accommodating, with regards to opening up the minibus during the day, for us to deposit bags of wet clothing. He also arrived early for pick up and was there ready and waiting for our transport home. We'll certainly ask for him the next time.

fantastic service

Booked tretts for the 28th to take a party of 10 too & from ramside hall Durham , price & service was excellent , both drivers were lovely , arrived early & I will certainly be recommending to all my friends , thanks for making our journey out of town great .

Excellent! Booked Tretts for a night out, they arrived spot on time excellent driver good price and everything went smooth from booking to being dropped off. Thanks Tretts will definitely be using you for all our transport needs
