Builders selling stuff with their mark up!

I visited their shop and was told that I’d be going online to see the range of products that could be used for my home renovation- basically the manufacturer’s own websites. I was told a ‘designer’ would be getting back to me but that didn’t happen. I chased and still no one got back to me. It was a bad experience. The man in the shop was sarcastic to me. It felt that it was just some builders selling products I could get myself with their mark up. My last review was pulled because it said the same thing so I suspect they complain every bad review also and they also get pulled. I wished trustpilot also left the bad reviews or at least got in touch with the reviewer.
