SCAM SCAM SCAM, whatever you do, don't buy from this company!
Look genuine company based in Doncaster, but are French.
When you money is being processed it will not come up a Trevion, but Petefr!
I ordered a 6x8ft shed £299 on the 9th of June, expected delivery 4/6 days no shed delivered, emailed company got no reply, tried to raise a concern with Shopify, however you have to wait 30 days, so I contacted my credit card company today and they agreed and credited me back the money thankfully.
So do not buy anything, I wish I had read reviews before making the purchase, but the business looks legitimate, but is definitely NOT 🤬

Complete scam, I ordered 2 storage units £160, klarna say I have to wait until 25/6 to start refund/ cancellation of further charges, sent them a couple of emails saying they are scammers, no response as you can guess, & as one person who also got scammed said why isn’t google taking them off

Never received shed took money,I've tried contacting them emails and they have not got back to me ,they added a subscription to to my bank account scam ,beware of this company,I've had to get bank involved, Not received anything and they try take extra money,how are companies like this aloud to buy on the internet block them Google apple android etc

My order did not arrive their phone number is spam.

Same as the others here, ordered some external storage boxes but nothing has been received and no reply to emails.
Seems like the email is following this person/company around so check this first maiabartsch406 via hotmail

SCAM ALERT!!!

Total scam, as others have said. Purchase on your bank statement will look immediately suspicious - many people have a different name/platforms other than the company name of Trevion showing up on their statement.

Contact your bank, cancel your card, raise a chargeback and take screenshots of absolutely everything you can.

No response from “company” because they’re just a front for scamming via a Shopify store. maiabartsch406 is the email you’re given and you won’t receive any kind of acknowledgement from them.

Have reported it to Action Fraud however seems there aren't enough reports from us on this fraudulent company. Please all, report the company to Action Fraud so they close it.

Same as everyone else has said, this company is a total scam. Ordered a garden storage box for £80, money went out same day and had a confirmation email. Item has not arrived, several attempts made to contact the company all of which have been ignored so reported to my bank who fortunately refunded me in full. Total scam company, needs removing before anyone else loses money to them.

Exactly the same with me, ordered storage box, email a lot of times about delivery absolutely no reply, checked address on Google map, look like a new build house, they need to be investigated

Spam site, ordered and never received my order. Tried to email, no response. Tried to call number is fake! Do not order

Similar experience as others had. Paid for the item, nothing delivered. I order on-line all the time and this is the first time this has happened. Started looking for support and the contact email is a person’s name on Hotmail. Called the support number and it isn’t valid. Looked up their street address and it’s a house in a Doncaster suburb. Checking with my credit card company for a refund.

This company is run by fraudsters. Ordered shed, didn't arrive, didn't reply to emails. Had to get money back through bank. Do not order from this company.

Wish id seen the reviews before its a scam nothing has been delivered ive contacted but not holding out hope for a response. Hopefully we can get the money back but doubt it.

Biggest con there is thought I found a bargain but no goods arrived. I have tried contacting them several times to no avail. So I might have lost money I have made a charge back on credit card so fingers crossed. I must in future look at places like trust pilot. Would have given no stars.

Bought a £120 shed from this so called registered company and not received it the phone number is also a dud ** AVOID SCAM **
