Scammer - obviously just loaded a website to get free cash! Paid through Klarna so hopefully they wont see a penny of my money

Ordered a shed on 12th May emailed to find out when said shed would be delivered, no response tried ringing the phone number not working. Total scam . Now 23rd May no shed wish I had check the company before hand. So beware of TREVION .

Total scam, be careful with this site. Zero response, they took the money and there's been no delivery for over 3 weeks. If you're writing this, it must have gone somewhere. No stars, fu…. thieves. Scam, scumbags.

This is a SCAM do not order any thing from them. They took £198 of my money and have not heard from them since. No way of contacting them either. “ BEWARE”

should have read the reviews here first! Same issues - ordered a garden storage box 3rd May from Trevion , sent two emails to Maia Bartsch chasing, telephone number +44 7462 134399 on the order doesn't work, reported to Doncaster Consumer Advise Service too as the address is Galopin Drive
Doncaster.

Another customer defrauded by the looks of it. Ordered a shed and paid £190 on my credit card 1 week ago. Tried to cancel the payment after reading the scandalous reviews about these fraudsters. Unfortunately have to wait 30 days to get my money back. I’ve sent 2 emails and no response as yet. This scam needs shutting down 😡

Ordered a shed for my son 5th may this year no emails and can't phone them taking it further now

Ordered a garden box on May 7 but not delivered by May 20. sent e mail asking situation but no reply.Paid by credit card so have put in the dispute procedure

Shopify are just as bad as theses companies there are two different companies that are doing the same as this one HARTOOL and carvalholtd.shop Shopify should stop these people and google it all for Shopify and google to make money at are expense.

Same story as previous customers, received conformation of payment , no dispatch date, unable to contact company. Credit card company were brilliant and refunded my money, day after this I received an email with a random verification code from Trevion, didn’t specify what it was for, no further communication despite clarification being requested.
Awarded 1 star as unable to give a negative score, don’t use this company, experience suggests it is a scam company

same as rest bought out door storage no tracking number just ref number email company business registered to an address in doncaster just looks like a home address on google maps i haven’t contacted bank as yet as i’ve looked an have to allow 15 day

SCAM - 100% SCAM. They & at least one other company doing exactly the same SCAM. Google is still supporting them via their search engine. It’s criminal.

I bought a shed on the 29th April...I got a receipt..since then nothing..ive sent 8 emails to ask for shipping details but ive had zero correspondence from this company...im having to wait 30 day to get a refund from my credit card company...avoid at ALL COSTS

Ordered a garden shed, said it would be delivered in 3-5 days. Chased them up and nothing over 3 weeks later.
Reported to bank as fraud . Don’t use them

Beware, SCAM!! - I don’t agree with consensus that the consumer should do their due diligence. I believe retailers should be vetted and confirmed legitimate before allowed to list, advertise and set up payments.

Luckily I paid on my MBNA CC and received a refund.

Paid £90 for a metal shed shows on my bank statement has FLODA (school). Emailed customer services, no response. Phone number invalid. Hope these people get what they deserve! 😡
