They say free returns within 30 days, but when I tried to return all of my order because everything was too small, they tried to negotiate a credit on my account and me keep the clothes that I couldn't wear. They never agreed to accept my clothes back. I had to accept a portion of what I'd paid and keep the clothes.

I ordered 8 dresses, 6 came.... even though I measured and used their size chart only 2 were close to fitting. They were way too big or way to small. the quality was poor and they never respond to emails for returns. These dresses are now donated to charity in the hope they can be used.
Poor customer services, 3 months to deliver my summer dresses, terrible quality, no returns... save your money and go to a decent high street shop and you'll do much better. I don't like to use the word 'scam' as I did received items however, they weren't as described and you can't do anything about it, as they don't communicate. Horrible experience!

Love their clothes the second time I ordered from them.
You just have to order way ahead of when you want your items. I think it's worth the wait which can take 2months but the styles are really unique.

I had the same experience as many others as well. I purchased a few items for $144. I used their sizing chart which is way off. The dresses were way too big! I even ordered one a size smaller than what was suggested and it was big as well. They cut is totally different than what was pictured on their site. The material is almost like a swimsuit material but is very thin. The dresses are see through especially the white. I tried contacting them and too was asked to send pictures. They are refusing to pay for return shipping and will not send any refund without the articles being returned to Dubai. They initially offered me $20. After numerous emails they are offering a final refund of $77. This is half of what I spend and the dresses are not wearable. Do not order from this company. They are a total scam!

I had the same horrible experience as other reviewers. I ordered 4 items. I really liked one of them, but wanted to return the other 3. (They really are an odd fabric and didn't fit well across the bust.) After many, many emails, all they would give me is a $29 refund on $92 in purchases. I also got the run around in those emails. At one point they wanted me to send them pictures of the items next to a tape measure to prove they sent the size I ordered. (I didn't like the tops. I had never said they sent the wrong size.) It was horrible customer service! I will never order from them again!

If anything fits improperly, returns and exchanges are impossible. It's a long chain of emails from several different people where everything changes in every email. They want to only give me a different size, but the dresses are made poorly and are completely different than the model pictures, so a different size won't fit either. About 10 emails later and now they want to only give me back $20 for 2 dresses that cost $68. This company is awful to deal with. Don't buy from them unless you don't care about losing your money.

I didn’t received anything from them. I had to send request for the confirmation after I had to pay the total order. They didn’t follow anything up, they sent a lot of bad excuses and asked me to be patient. Luckily I paid by MasterCard and I have all correspondence to them done by me and all their excuses. My order is cancelled after 7 weeks with bad excuses.

Took a long time for order to arrive. I ordered a size up, knowing items were coming from China. And they just barely fit. Fabrics are strange, kinda plasticky. Patterns are lovely and as pictured, which is what got me to place order. Sadly, have to say that overall I'm underwhelmed.

Dresses fit perfect. Love them.

I really like this dress. I’m 5”8 120 lbs so a small fits great. I got it for a wedding in September. You never know what the weather will be in Colorado.

I did not receive 1 dress that was ordered. Only got 2 out of the 3. Sizes were not true to size. They fit smaller than reviews I read. I was a bit disappointed.

It took quite awhile for the dress to arrive (4-6 weeks). Lovely dress. Interesting recycled fabric. Fits nicely. I ordered a Large, but probably could have ordered a Medium. I wore it comfortably to church yesterday. The package did not come from America as stated in ad. Based on print on mail pkg, it was from Viet Nam or China. Good quality. There was a plastic bag inside the pkg that the dress had originally been packaged in. Dress was outside of bag and bag was crumpled. No shipping information in the bag if I had needed to return the item. Nice pockets.

Cute dress, fits great, got the XL and dress flows as it should. Very happy with tracking info..will purchase again from Trezca thanks 😊

Love the colors and the light weight fabric.

I got the dresses the other day, I was worried when I tried to track my order and it was not tracking correctly, I reached out to customer service and they promptly let me know where the package was and when I would receive it. My package arrived at my door on that day. The dresses are beautiful and I love them. They fit me perfectly. I will definitely order from Trezca again. I am going to use one of the dresses for my engagement photos.

Very pleased with the fit as well as the feel of the product. I will definitely buy more as the line grows .
