Excellent products and great customer service. Items received within 24 hours of ordering. Shorts are of high quality and more than up to the task - took the Endure shorts out for a 40k trail run and experienced no discomfort - and better still, they're made from recycled materials. Returned another pair which were too small. Free returns and received a refund within three days. Can't complain.

As a first time customer, I'm really impressed with my new running tights - love the design and they're super comfortable. They fit perfectly without any bunching or slipping. Best addition to my running wardrobe in a very long time, I'll definitely be buying from them again!

I bought their Engineered Hoodie and it's perfect for this kind of weather. The way it's built means it keeps you warm in the cold, but I didn't find myself overheating at all - It's made a huge difference to my runs. The thumb cuffs were also a really nicely thought through feature, meaning I could keep my hands warmer too.
I ordered it last week and it arrived within a few days, faster than expected.
Am already looking at their other engineered range. Would definitely recommend.

Love the kit, i always know i'm getting the best quality from Tribe. The material they use is a cut above the usual sports/running wear stuff. There was an issue with my order but they put it right straight away, really quick response and very easy to get in touch with. Very easy to exchange sizes as well.

Very impressed with the quality, i've bought their engineered tee and it feels great against the skin. It also wicks superbly - it's the kind of workout tee you can wear for long periods of time without it becoming comfortable. Will be going back to buy more.

Running gear is nice but the customer service is non existent. I bought a merino running top that was supposed to be a large but was more like an xxl. After an hour of running it hung past my shorts. On closer inspection a seam was also split. Email twice with no response..........:

I received a different size of the item I have ordered. I sent an e-mail and I got an immediate reply on the same day from mr. Walker who explained what happened and was very kind. I received the correct order in a very short time. The quality of the products I received is very good and the shipping is very fast. I will buy again from Tribesports and I recommend it to anyone.

Terrible experience. I ordered a Parkrun t-shirt in the second week of May as a gift for my dad. I paid immediately but was told via email that the shirt would not be sent out until July 1st. No problem, except I was due to move house at the end of June so I emailed them and asked to change the delivery address on my order. No response. I waited a week and emailed again. No response. A week before I was due to move I opened a dispute with PayPal hoping that would get their attention. I sent another email via the dispute system to a different email address... no response. PayPal reviewed my claim and gave Tribesports two weeks to reply which expired today and guess what.. no response! As a business owner myself I am surprised they are still trading with such a complete disregard for their customers. It's a shame Parkrun rely on this company to sell their goods because I will not be purchasing from them again.

Really impressed. Bought an apricot parkrun tshirt earlier this year and the lettering had begun to peel off. Sent a quick email off to Tribesports who told me to return it using their returns slip and they would replace. Sent my shirt back on the Monday in the post, and on Saturday my new one had arrived! Never had I expected it to come that quickly!

I also requested at the time of exchange that they send a slightly smaller size if possible due to weight loss since my original purchase, not really thinking they would be able to do this. However, when my new one arrived, it was the smaller size I asked for!

Cannot fault the service one bit and will definitely recomend to others.

I placed an order on 8th November and almost immediately received a confirmation email. However, 2 weeks later there was no sign of my order and no word from TribeSports. I was frustrated to discover that there was no contact phone number so I sent an email - and heard nothing. It was only after posting on their FB page, and after sending 2 FB messages that I heard back from the company. To their credit my order did then arrive within a couple of days and I received a nice message from Will. I mentioned to Will that tying the catalogue (that they sent with my order) up with a bow seemed like a curious investment when there are clearly other more pressing issues for the company to focus on. As to the quality: I have no idea as it is a gift. I will probably give them one more chance as I like their philosophy but only one more chance...

I ordered three items half a year ago, when the package arrived after two weeks, it included a message saying that one of my items would be delivered a week later. One of the other two items was not what I ordered at all. Okay I guess..
After a week I received an e-mail saying that the third item was actually suddenly out of stock and would be send to me at the start of 2016 (I got this e-mail in october 2015). Very odd..
After not hearing back for 6 months, I decided to contact the company myself and it turned out they completely forgot about me and, oh, actually were never planning to restock on my missing item. What a great service.

The quality of the products I did receive was mediocre, combined with a high price and truly the worst customer service I've ever witnessed, I do not understand how others can be so positive about this.

Love Tribesports running gear - without doubt the best kit I had since I started running a few years ago. Would recommend.

Having recently received my Parkrun reward tee shirt I decided to order some running shorts and long sleeve top from Tribesports. Great service - goods arrived really quickly and they are fantastic. They seem to be much cheaper than the big name brands but at least if not better in quality.

I got my parkrun milestone tee-shirt, I am blown away by the quality and how it felt on me. Can't stop raving about tribesports. Looking forward to buying more running gear.

I ordered a tonne of new sportswear from Tribesports as the price point is so competitive.

I was really impressed with the quality of the kit and the whole experience from order to my first workout in my new gear. Great ordering process, really fast shipping (I think mine came 'next day', cool packaging, and great kit inside.

Further, my kit is getting beasted and seems to fair really well in the washing machine.

Top operation - heavily recommend!

Ordered via 2 days delivery, but received it next day. LOVE the baselayer and my tech tee! Great quality and amazing value for money, on top of all that, the design is AWESOME!

Love the combination of tracking my sport on the app and site as well as the great quality kit - I backed them on Kickstarter and got such an epic deal! Will and have recommended to my sporting mates.
