Avoid if you want to keep your sanity

I write this review with a heavy heart as Jose seems to be a nice enough guy. But, there is a very big but. After being mugged off and now ignored after calling this behaviour out, I think this review is long overdue. I’m not sure how this guy has stayed in business with how he deals with his customers and his inability to follow through on anything he says or promises. This feels like the only way I can get my frustrations heard.

Every single time we have done business, the process has been riddled with half truths and outright lies. I’m not sure why I thought this time would be any different but he did promise to be more truthful and communicative.

I actually cannot believe that I have lowered my standards in business enough to be at this stage but the last arrangement has been in the works for a full year and I have yet to receive the batch I was promised.

It’s now gotten to the stage where I feel I need to warm people from making the same mistakes I have in dealing with Jose and Tricholand. He is not even man enough to admit when he is completely messing people around, just redirection and lies / excuses.

Do not take him at his word, do not believe anything he says or promises because you will be let down on multiple occasions.

A business deal is simple, you pay for goods and you receive goods. Why is this so hard to achieve?

Instead, a year down the line, multiple promises and outright BS and you will be left feeling mugged off and frustrated.

I’ve gotten so bored of promises along the lines of “Tonight (tomorrow, next week, whatever), I will email you will all the details as I have got everything ready and will ship you the best plants and extra thick etc.You are a priority blah blah.”

My cutting have been ready about 10 times over the last year and it’s all be falsehoods and empty promises.

If you want to keep your sanity and integrity, avoid Tricholand as you will just be left angry and p**sed off.
