They released the board game 'Halloween - A Hidden Movement Game' with errors printed on the map. They subsequently released a 2nd printing of the game which fixed those errors, but refused to send replacement boards or even corrective sticky labels to customers who bought the previous version. This forces people to have to buy the game twice in order to get a correct version, and I think this is wrong. This should never have been released with errors in the first place. Bad customer service!

Have bought from them in the past and the products and service were great. Pre ordered the Ghostbusters No Ghost sign and they kept changing the delivery time until it finally showed up after 11 months. Not a very good product. Although the appearance is fairly good it is obviously some cheaply made junk, probably from China and definitely not worth $140 and an 11 month wait while they were holding my money for almost a year. Their response is always "it clearly states delivery time is an estimate." Well close to a year is not an estimate in my opinion. I would steer clear of this product and and pre orders from this company.
