My wonderful Wife of nearly 48 years and my eldest Sister are both breast cancer survivors. Every year, spread out over several months, I had out pink M&M’s or similar candies in small containers. This year, my Wife and Sister are attending a quilting retreat together in Missouri. Little do they know that I have purchased 4 ounce glass containers with lids that now contain an ample snack worthy supply of pink M&M’s. I made up some stick-on labels, and had to arrange sneaky postage from Spokane to Hamilton so that the gifts arrive safe and sound prior to the quilting retreat. Tricorbraun and their on line chat support made the jar and lid selection easy. The jars have been assembled and filled and are headed to a group of 31 ladies in Missouri!

Quality of the gallon glass jar and the half gallon glass jar are superb. I reached out to customer service a few times, and they were fantastic! I was able to do will call in St. Louis for my pick up, and the gentleman who helped me were also amazing.

I have ordered 3 cases of glass jars so far this year and all 3 orders have been delivered without a single broken jar. The condition of the box on the 2nd order was in horrible condition as a result of mishandling by the shipping company. I full expected broken jars, but when I opened the outer box, the inner box was in perfect condition. It was packed and cushioned extremely well. The shipping department at TricorBraun knows how to pack their goods. I will definitely continue to shop here!

My gallon glass jugs came in good time and good shape!

I've tried to order twice. The first order disappeared after I thought it was confirmed. Now I'm trying again two weeks later and the website keeps failing. It says there's a captcha that keeps failing but it never pops up (not blocked pop ups). Then it keeps failing my valid credit cards. Then I called and the phone disconnected me. Then on hold. And then sent to voice mail because all their agents are busy--as if anyone is going to call me back. This is lousy purchase experience. I guess it's worth paying higher shipping to go back to containers and packaging.

I've purchased whiskey bottles twice now and each time it was easy, prices were very reasonable, quality is great and shipping is fast. I'll definitely be buying here again.
