I was just told it takes them 5 business days to my bottles in a box and ship them. I am finding this out after 5 calendar days AFTER I placed my order. No disclosure of this delay before I placed my order.

If you have weeks to wait, go ahead and use them for anyone trying to do business in this century look elsewhere. What a mistake to use this vendor.

Before finding Packaing Options Direct, I had a horrific experience with another company. I ordered over $300 worth of packaging and I received it in a damaged box filled with damaged, scratched spray bottles I called the company and they replaced everything at no charge, along with the promise the next package would be delivered properly, with proper packaging and foam packing to protect the bottles from being scratched. I received the replacement and it arrived in the same terrible condition as the first package, if not worse. I ended up having to harass them in order to get a full refund. Then, I found Packaging Options Direct and they flew in and saved the day!! I placed an order, it arrived with secure packaging, both inside and out, and it arrived quickly. I placed a second order, and it arrived the same way. I am so glad o have found them! They are now my go-to company for my packaging needs!

I was happy to find an option to buy replacement lids for our media bottles, and this was the only place I could buy fewer than 100 of them. Their shipping was very fast and I had the lids within days. The product was good, just as described.

The ordered goods came quickly, well packaged, and without damage. I definitely recommend ordering from here and will do so again when the need arise. FYI I ordered amber bottles for use in making natural perfume, tops, and droppers. Shipping is expensive here as it is everywhere as prices have risen dramatically in the past year, but the price of the goods is as low as I've seen anywhere. The quality is excellent.

Very poor customer service. They do not allow cancellations even 1 minute after the order is placed and will charge 25% restocking fee. Shop elsewhere.

Started off rough but in the end the company made everything right and look forward to doing more business together.

Shop elsewhere. Dishonest so far. Placed the order as projected delivery date was great for my schedule. Scheduled for delivery on Thurs. The following Monday they hadn't even shipped it yet. Called in and they assured me it would ship that day yet. It's now Friday, and it hasn't shipped yet. Two weeks now since placing the order, over a week past projected delivery date and it isn't shipped yet.
