Rude & Unprofessional

Went to view a 2023 Tesla which upon arrival was in a terrible condition vs the advert. Covered in scratches, the boot didn't close properly, and the interior significantly worn.

The guy selling it was extremely rude and unprofessional. Just said what do you expect its 3 years old. What do I expect? A car that's not completely battered and some level of professionalism from someone in the motor trade! car had not even been prepped or vacuumed.

Photos on the advert were completely misleading and the guy was plain rude. Would not have purchased from him even if the car was pristine because of his attitude alone! AVOID!!!

Horrible man

I called them this morning enquiring about a car and he was very aggressive from the off. Basically telling me that if I'm not going to commit to paying a deposit then don't bother coming and looking at it. The conversation only lasted 1 minute in total so you can imagine how quickly it escalated. I've seen the other negative review on here about this company and it totally rings true. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional and hostile dealer

I reached out to the seller with a genuine query regarding a Tesla Model 3 and whether it had an AMD chip and USS (ultrasonic sensors). He replies, "I have no idea what you are talking about. That's a very strange question to ask. You'll have to find out yourself.

Rather than providing a helpful response, the seller repeatedly called my question "strange" and later said the difference is negligible - which it is absolutely not. He then proceeded to ask "Nobody has ever asked such a strange question before. I'm sure it doesn't matter. And the differences you are talking about are negligible. Show me you are serious by sending me deposit and then I'll find out the information you want to know". Then later saying "So are you going to buy it now or were you just wasting my time?"

Sounds like a scammer, I would avoid at all costs.
