While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Broken Promises, Third Time Hidden Reviews

Broken Promises, Delays, and Disappearing Reviews – Proceed with Caution

This is now the third time our review has been hidden on HelloPeter. Trigger Digital Marketing appears to be actively removing or suppressing negative feedback. Let this be clear: if our review is removed again, we will repost it daily or weekly if necessary to warn others.

In January 2024, we hired Trigger Digital Marketing to develop an e-commerce website with 500 products, paying a 60% deposit upfront. The project was supposed to be completed within two months. However, by September 2024, only 130 products had been uploaded. We were then told that product variations counted toward the total—something never mentioned in the original quote.

Despite the ongoing delays and mounting concerns, they insisted we pay the full balance before handing over ownership. After reviewing our communication, it became clear the project would not be delivered as promised.

In January 2025, the website crashed. When our new developer assessed it, they found numerous critical issues: missing key integrations, ineffective SEO, broken or incomplete email systems, and a poor user experience that made it difficult for customers to make purchases. We had no choice but to rebuild the entire website from scratch.

We initially posted this review on Trigger Digital Marketing’s Google and Facebook pages. They responded by falsely claiming they had never done any work for us—despite clear proof of our agreement and communication. Shortly after, our reviews mysteriously disappeared from both platforms.

Do not waste your time or money. Proceed with extreme caution.
