We paid Trillion Digital Marketing $1,000 upfront in good faith for a VIETEK advertising pilot. None of the proposed campaigns launched. The agency attributed the delay to missing account access and confirmed that the advertising portion of our payments remained unspent.
While catching up on expense reports, I discovered that we had been charged every month since June, despite the campaigns never launching. We had not expected ongoing monthly billing while the pilot remained inactive.
We attempted to reach an amicable resolution and communicated that we no longer wanted to proceed. Charges have continued without follow-up to resolve our concerns. Our organization now has to replace my purchasing card to prevent additional charges.
We are requesting written confirmation that recurring billing has ended, a complete accounting of payments and fees, and a refund of the unspent advertising funds.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Trillion Digital Marketing or its owner. The continued billing and lack of resolution have left me without confidence in how the business is managed.
