My perfumer ghosted me after working…
My perfumer ghosted me after working for 11 months on a perfume, charging me for a full drum, sending the wrong fragrance and never responding to me again. I had to dispute the charge.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

My experience with Trilogy Fragrances has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was told on five separate occasions that my cologne order would be delivered, and each time those commitments were not honored. As of today, there has been no delivery, no clear answers, and no accountability.
Communication has been nearly nonexistent. When I call, no one answers, and my assigned representative, Ibrahima Diallo, has not responded to calls or messages in days. For a business relationship involving paid production, this level of silence is unacceptable.
Because of these failures, I was forced to miss my planned product launch for Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day—three of the most critical retail periods of the year. This has resulted in financial loss, operational disruption, and damage to my brand timeline.
Reliability, transparency, and communication are basic expectations in any professional partnership, and unfortunately, Trilogy Fragrances has failed in all three areas.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering doing business with this company.
I ordered some Rosehip oil that had an expiry date of August 2024. My ordered was also placed in August 2024. On contacting Trilogy with photographic evidence, I was automatically sent a replacement before I even received a reply to my complaint and the explanation was neither here nor there (it made no sense). When I received the replacement product, that had also expired; same batch number with the expiry date removed this time, as if I wouldn't notice!
I contacted Trilogy again (with photographic evidence) asking for instructions on how to return both products but I did not get a response. I went ahead and returned to the return address on the package but it was undeliverable due to issues accessing the property (probably a derelict house in the middle of nowhere). I contacted Trilogy once again to notify them of this but still no response.
Holland & Barrett stock this brand but products are marked within their expiry date. I imagine Trilogy are trying to offload out of date stock on unsuspecting customers in the hope that they won't notice.
I urge you to be cautious of ordering from Trilogy directly. They would have to be more careful with knowingly supplying "bad stock" to a chain store like Holland & Barrett because of the repercussions.
I have since contacted my bank to open a dispute and will be contacting the Trading Standards.
Very poor service in communication with TRILOGY; Trilogy are not answering their phones nor is their any facility to even leave a message. They have also failed to respond to several emails concerning their product information ingredients. They have not answered what % Vitamin C is in their product Vitamin C Microdermabrasion and all other percentages of Vitamin C in their other products. This info should be clearly stated!
