Apparently my package went missing via UPS. It's a bit odd as i wasn't given a UPS tracking no in the first place/. Strange?

I received what I ordered and they look and feel nice but I’m just confused by this thing of sending out jeans unhemmed. Fraying at the hem is not a good look and reduces life span I believe.

Fast delivery and nice price for a an originally expensive item (frame jeans)

Great and quick service

I bought something online. It was delivered quickly by UPS and when I took back to a store for a refund, refund was issued in a few days. Really impressed

my order was messed up and incorrect. I received items I didn't order and the wrong sizes for items I did.
I was also told one item was out of stock and I had been refunded. I called customer service. I was told to return to the items to the Hampstead store and I the items that were missing, i.e. the right size jeans and jacket would be there for me today the 15/07. I was also told I was refunded for the out of stock item.
I went today to the store, Poula, the assistant there was very helpful but it wasn't her fault. She called to sort out the refund that was supposed to issued and wasn't. She couldn't however resolve it. she oreder again one of the items I was supposed to get in the store never came.
The result is no refund issued, missing items not obtained and another trip to the store necessary.
Paola was as gracious as possible and it is due to her good nature that I am returning. Not what I would expect from a such a store.

First time ordering from Trilogy
Item was delivered quickly and I am delighted with my dress! Would definitely order from this shop again as they have a nice website and stylish clothes.

Easy refund process

Being told, 3 days after purchase, that the item I had bought was not available was disappointing and meant I missed on the same item being sold elsewhere. I appreciated the quick refund however.

Horrendous customer service. They sold the dress that I had bought to someone else in the store. Not the first time that this has happened. Appalling

Really quick delivery of lovely dress. Very happy with my purchase!

Sadly ordered goods and was then notified the following week they didn’t have the item. Then to make matters worse they have not refunded the correct amount. Not great!

I received the pair of jeans I ordered with the plastic security tag still attached.

Very quick delivery and refunded me right away after returning an order as wrong size and quick response by email. A slight downside is that returns aren't free if buying in the sale.

Lovely dress, really quick delivery

Fantastic customer service. When UPS messed up the delivery, Trilogy customer service contacted them and ensured the delivery happened that day.

I ordered a cashmere jumper and a t shirt from the sale but only the latter arrived. I had received no explanation so I was a bit disappointed. I can now see you’ve credited my account but that’s not exactly communicating!
