Awful Account Executives

The product is OK though outdated and unreasonably expensive. There are cheaper more robust options out there. Good Support team, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't give more than one star as Trimble Account Executives are absolutely useless. Dealing with them is a waste of time. They have no people skills and things that they say make no sense which make me question their cognitive ability. Is Trimble pricing this high because they keep Account Executive on payroll?? Too bad for Trimble and their customers.

Building manager - good job!

I had a parcel locked in the BlueBox by the courier, not knowing the collection code. The building manager, Karam of Park One, Richmond, spent lots of time patiently helped me to resolve the problem. I truly appreciate her patience and effort.

User Experience doesn't get worse than this

I have over 20 software systems in our business and BY VERY FAR Trimble is the most awful of all software to use. I could not possibly think less of the useless development team that have put together this application. It is a maze of connections and how to guides that offer no actual help. It is an absolute nightmare. In this day - there is no excuse whatsover for such a poorly designed user experience.

Their website is absolutely garbage

Their website is absolutely garbage. A company that is trying to sell you something yet makes it almost impossible to login and find what you need to buy. Worst website I have ever seen.

Worst service and respectless

Worst service! Very slow, takes days of repeating the issue and many E-mails back and forth.
Lost tons of time and therefore deadlines with clients. When I finally through another platform solved the issue, and let them know, even so about the amount of time and deadlines (and therefor also income) i have lost there was no more response. Respectless

BID2WHIM - I'm trapped in a glass cage of emotion (and inability to get bids out)

BID2WIN? More like "BID2WHIM," am I right? (I gotta find something to laugh about here).

They bury (assuming it exists at all) some critical settings. Their customer support possibly exists, but I have not been able to confirm that. Neither phone calls or emails get answered. The help menu stops at the obvious and the hyperlinks in the help menu are non-functional.

I'm curious how much my company is paying Trimble for the opportunity for them to keeping us from winning business. I'd literally be better off with paper and crayons.

I am stuck with bids due and no way to export them to a place that I can then access

Purchased Trimble Trade Service to interact with estimating software

Purchased Trimble Trade Service to interact with our estimating software. I need tech support to finalize the interaction. Waiting well over a month for two tech support requests and nothing but crickets. Had a great experience with their sales department. Seems Trimble is great until they get your money, then you are no longer relevant.
UPDATE: Sent an email to Sales expressing my dissatisfaction and they must have goosed tech support as they did respond the afternoon I sent the email to Sales. It took less than 5 minutes for tech support to solve my issue.

New login system

New login system with the most annoying login procedure is preventing me from using my autocad/revit.
trimble/stabicad failed to keep up and are totally useless now.

02-04-2026 I have to log in 2 time a day now, with an extra security trough my mail. And still it is not working properly. sick of your stupid software.

11-06-2026 Nog slechter dan het al was. Kan helemaal niet meer inloggen waardoor revit en autocad ook niet meer functioneren. zijn jullie niet helemaal lekker ofzo, triest bedrijf.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE. Comparable to Click Bait, with automatic renewal tactics to take your money. We purchased Accubid software that automatically renews for $2200 per year that we never used in the first year due to our business line transitioning and not needing the tool. 9 months later, Trimble does send a reminder email to cancel or renewal fee of $2200 will be charged. This renewal email was sent along with 6 other marketing emails during a 10 day span and was missed. Then they state they did us a courtesy renewal reminder. We offered to pay a few months of the renewal, as we want to be accountable and missed cancelling because we never used the tool. Not Once, Not one log in since the tutorial in Sept of 2024. Trimble has sent us to collections for the whole yearly amount of $2200 for 2025-2026 payments of a tool we have never used and will never use.

Problem related to SketchUp solved!

I actually had a problem related to my SketchUp account and Trimble Connect, and it was a pain to get through by e-mail. But finally I got a reply from a very friendly and helpful member of the Trimble team, and got every single problem sorted out quite fast! I'm grateful for the personal support that I received on this matter and would recommend SketchUp/Trimble for sure, should there be another occasion for recommendations in my circle.

No way to stop free trial

I signed up for a free 30 day trial of sketchup. I could not understand how to use it so tried to find out how to stop the trial (on the same day I signed up) I could not find any way to do that so deleted my account.
I sincerely hope they won't try to charge me at the end of the 30 day period.

Great customer experience

Incredible company and consideration to the customer. I had a plan that I unfortunately paid for but didn't have time to use. This was due to renew automatically and I had completely forgotten about it. Fortunately, they emailed me to inform about the automatic renewal with a link where I can manage my subscription. So happy I received a message as otherwise would have received a hefty bill for a service I don't have time to use right now.
