I was excited to try this GPL-1 because of the added B12 compound but should have definitely researched the reviews about the horrible customer service. I purchased and received the first shipment but canceled after I was directed to take 15mg weekly for 4 weeks however only 15mg vial was received so either they prescribed me the wrong dosage (which had I not questioned it and just took it only God knows how that could've turned out being as though this is not an FDA-approved product) or they charged me for product they failed to fully send. Either way after 48hrs of using the chat message with no response I decided to cancel. Well no surprise they are quick to take your money but will stall and give you the runaround to cancel. It literally took two emails and 10 calls into customer service before the call was no longer disconnected after receiving an automotive message that customer service was busy with other calls and wouldnt be available. On the 10th call I was determined to wait however long it took and after 15 minutes on hold (which again it will not give you the option to wait unless you make several calls back to back) I was able to get the subscription cancelled. Absolutely think I’ll follow up this review with a formal complaint to BBB because their actions are definitely giving sketchy.

I ordered the GLP-1 medication and three other prescriptions were added to my order. I finally talked to someone at Trimrx and I told them I did not authourize those medications. They said they would refund me the money and ship the GLP-1. It's been over a week and still nothing. Do not purchase anything from Trimrx, it's a major scam.

UPDATE - Wow I wish they responded to their portal and emails as quickly as they respond to these reviews. I wish I could just reply to their response. so that leaves me back with the choices that I have already done - email, portal, etc. TRIM RX - PLEASE READ THE PORTAL COMMUNICATIONS!!! You should be able to look me up by my name in your system....so quit telling me that you cannot do anything. Take the initative and respond.

Their customer service is horrible! I signed up for 12 month plan and did not realize they were charging the full 12 months at once, as they advertise it as monthly amounts. I called immediately and spoke to customer service and they said that 3 months of medication was already in process and that they would credit back 9 months worth. That was on 4/22. I have called, asked for a call back, left a VM, messaged on their portal - no return calls. I have to sit on hold forever to talk to someone. Called today to check on credit and was told it was in the Billing Dept. it has been 16 days and no refund. I did receive the 3 months of medication. Not sure I want to continue with them since customer service is not important to them at all. I asked for a supervisor and Helen told me it would not help and said goodbye and hung up!. WOW! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Didn't Inform me my glp1 would be mixed with b12. Can't seem to get it resolved. My meds hadn't been shipped when I contacted them. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told compounded trizepatide. It should be stated if/what vitamins are going to be added. If it were b6, I wouldn't be as concerned but b12 has shown to create impurities. Ive also tried canceling my account and I cant seem to do that either. Their every day monthly price is 399. You can get a zepbound savings card discount for 499 of the real name brand. Seems like a ripoff.
Hard to "continue" working with your support team when they never answer and if they do are ruse and unhelpful. Ill be sure to warn others of this terrible company.

Getting set up went smooth, I paid for my prescription and received my GLP1 and it worked a described. after my first month I requested my second dose, and it came without issue. Down 20lb happy and have my diet straight. This is where things go off the rails, request my third month and it was approved and charged 399.00, but never received a shipment notice. I wait two weeks try the customer support line always says they are busy leave a message. They never got back to me. I messaged my doctor no response. I requested a new prescription that's when I got a response saying they had to change my prescription I agreed. 3 weeks later still no prescription and no response to my messages. This company will take your money will not communicate, most importantly when you are venerable and trying to make a real change, they will not be a solution but an obstacle...
RX team just responded to this review.
1: They told me to contact them through the portal and I've been doing this the hole time, no response...
2: I have just emailed them using the email they provided I will let everyone know if they correct the issue.

The beginning was great. I did the online form, and the approval was almost instant and script sent. When it came time for renewal, they charged me before verifying how everything was and then sent the form but never sent the meds and the cost went up $100. I tried communicating with their online chat and no response. I called they said they were expediting yet still nothing. I tried the online chat again and nothing. I called to cancel since it’s been over 2 weeks, yet they told me I would be charged $38 even though they are the ones who haven't followed through. I am disputing this charge with my CC company and hopefully it gets rectified. This could have all been avoided had they followed through with the plan they set forth.

I signed up for a 1 year plan that stated it would be $159 PER MONTH on their website. After being approved for the medication, the portal indicated that that was a ONE TIME price and it would go up to $299 per month after that. Nowhere on the website did I see anything about that being an introductory offer. They make it look really appealing by showing how much you will "save" by taking this particular plan and then they hit you with double the price after you sign up. Their customer service agent was a very ignorant person who would not even let me speak. She was a smart ass. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS WEBSITE. It is false advertising.

Beware, I mistakenly placed an order and then tried to cancel via multiple emails and phone calls, with no response. I rejected delivery of the order via UPS and still have heard nothing from this company. Be sure when you place your order, you know what you are doing, because you won't be able to change it.

Customer service is awful! I am still waiting to hear back from them as I have called and emailed numerous times. They charged over $2500 on my credit card twice. I paid for the 12 month plan up front and for some reason was charged another $2500. I am going to the BBB as well as this is horrible service. Beware!!!
