I hope I can save someone the scam I went through. Bought a “heavy knitted sweater” well I got a cheap pos flea market hoodie sent that was nothing like I ordered!! I literally laughed when I saw this garbage that showed up in the mail about 2 months after I ordered it. It was a scam from the get go. Charged my visa more than advertised right off the hop. Then I try to return and send them pictures they just say sorry and try to give a tiny percentage back. They want me to pay to return package. They know what they are doing. They are scamming you. Products they send are nothing like they advertise. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered a shirt from TriniTop which duly arrived. However it was poor quality and not as advertised. I contacted them wanting to return it and twice they offered me a small percentage which I declined wanting to send it back for full refund.
The cost of sending it back was 50% of the cost but I persisted on principle. This was three weeks ago and I have heard nothing.
Whole experience has been poor.

Cheap product. Not representative... very disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
ZERO QUALITY, ZERO CONCERN TO SEND THE ITEMS YOU WANT, THEY SEND REPLACEMENTS WHEN YOU DON'T AGREE, YOU WILL GO THROUGH MONTHS OF FRUSTRATION ON YOUR ORDER. POOR POOR POOR
