Didn’t turn up made a mess botched the job covered my clothes in filth . Cost me an entire week off work not to mention the mess and the stress was off the scale .

Excellent customer service

Everyone was very helpful both online and on call, excellent customer service. Technology isn't easy for me but the online process was very straightforward and I was able to speak to an advisor when I had a query. I would recommend this company.

Efficient, clear and friendly process

Friendly and helpful replies from the staff aswell rather than just blunt responses made it feel like someone cared and it was a nice personal touch
