Everyone was very helpful both online and on call, excellent customer service. Technology isn't easy for me but the online process was very straightforward and I was able to speak to an advisor when I had a query. I would recommend this company.

It is a very simple system to be able to chat to someone so easily on the messaging and I found uploading the evidence on my phone a really simple task. I must say it has been the most efficient insurance claims process I’ve had to complete for any previous ones. Friendly and helpful replies from the staff aswell rather than just blunt responses made it feel like someone cared and it was a nice personal touch
