It is the 1st Dental office I went to…

It is the 1st Dental office I went to since I moved to Texas the 1st that has stolen from me and lying about work done which hadn’t been done I have my GPB and cell records that have been forwarded to my insurance and behavior which was horrific and the office looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since built. The lies ! There’s no hold Barr I went for a 2nd opinion and then 3rd because some will back the other and which finally on 3rd if and & what showed and written a report to forward to Cigna … go with your gut feelings everyone and make sure the work being done DID !!!! 1 extraction cost me $1900.00 and a bone graph was $900.00 my 3rd opinion extracted for $250.00 & & $300.00 bone graph discussed with me and I denied it’s not needed but TRINITY DENTAL did not discuss so I wasn’t aware because until I went to the 3rd office Trinity charged Cigna over $900.00 and come to find out they never did the graph and charged me a late office visit a an office I never knew about. There a SCAM and everyone should know so I filed 2 claimed which will be rectified if not I will fill out 10 more reviews every year. I’m paying for my appointments now to hand in and get reimbursed while there under watch because TRINITY used my $2000.00 yearly amount which for 2 claimed for the work and my 2nd opinion and 3rd needing the work still needed.

Bah, humbug

I have MND and less than two years to live. My tooth broke in half just before Xmas and I am in agony. I contact my dentist, Trinity Dental Centre and they say "We removed you from our list without notifying you because you last saw us over five years ago and we are not taking on new clients now so we can not help you. Kind regards, head receptionist". Lovely. Not even an emergency appointment just to help out. Now I have to find another dentist. Be warned about these people.
