I came to see Jacqui with some ongoing heel problems. I found her to be really knowledgable, explaining everything very clearly and keeping good communication channels open. She replied very quickly to my messages with full and complete responses. I was surprised to see the bad review as I have found quite the opposite. My insoles arrived

I ordered orthotics and paid £40 for fast track delivery in 10 days. It has been 19 days and my orthotics still have not arrived. Jacqui has terrible after sales service. Her telephone number is actually a remote call centre. The women is lovely but all she can do is send Jacqui messages. I have written one email and phoned last Friday, this Monday and today, Wednesday. Not once has Jacqui bothered to phone me or make any contact to explain the delay in the 'fast track' experience.

Went reluctantly to get an ingrown toenail removed- got to the point walking was really painful. Was a nervous wreck but Jacqui was calm and managed to sort it without pain thanks to using local anaesthetic.
She is extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I now wouldn’t hesitate to go back for an appointment- just wish I’d gone sooner, instead of trying to sort it myself! 10/10 would highly recommend Jacqui 🤗🙏

I was as like most people properly are, nervous with this being my first time visit to a podiatrist. I turned up Easter Saturday for my appointment and was made to feel welcome from first arrival and being asked to wait while Gillian sanitised the waiting area and was asked to come in and she'd be with me after present patient.
I after wee while was asked in and had the first patient normal medical questions ( as as there computers are apple they would not have opened the MS Word medical paper I have attached and forward Jacqui Baggaley the practice manager)
But was made to feel welcome and Gillian and self got to talking about how Dunbar's changed for the worse since even in my years. But got talking and though you could see what she was doing, you never felt thing and left feeling lot better just due to over time had put up with the pain before booking privately to get looked at, the area that when I tried to look at was all tender it was dry and Gillian managed to cut it all away and what I difference.
To his is the first time I have gone to podiatry myself, as I used to take my grand mother to hers within Dunbar medical centre regularly and she always come out covered on plasters and feeling worse than when she went in.
That being why I put it off going untill the now dry skin on the inner wee toe got unbearable and felt like that feeling you get when get like rose thorn in your finger and you put pressure on it.
Well been now and will be seeing about going back, due to my own personal footwear allergy reasons as I after today would not go pass Trinity Podiatry and based on today's personal experience I will be seeing if I can book in for regular checkup. As I said to Gillian I find it hard to do his myself. As have nicked myself before now trying to do it myself
I know she remarked on the inner toe curling under the middle toe, but I have always had that as kid.
But I will personally be back again after making enquiries for regular visit
