These people are so rubbish

These people are so rubbish. Never use their services please. It’s a trap. I had to call police. Waiting at the airport but they blocked my number as they were more than 2 hours late. Didn’t want to answer my calls as they didn’t have any explanation. Even took extra money from me. And threatened me not hand over my car.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience, SMG parking would not accept our booking as said they were owed money, really stressful start to holiday, the reviews on SMG parking are really poor so why are they part of your recommended parking contractors

They arrived so late i missed my flight

They arrived so late to meet me that they caused me to miss my flight. I had to make another booking to follow my family.
Because they were so late, I already incurred a £15.50 charge in the pickup car park.
My car tracker kept alerting me that it was moving at 01:30am and then randomly during the cars we were away.

NO reason or accountability.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM!

AVOID - THIS IS A SCAM!

Asked for a refund and they granted it as you can cancel 24 hours in advance. They said they would refund me. It’s been 4 weeks and after countless emails and phone calls, no one ever replies and no one answers the phone. If I could give them 0 stars I would have. Save your money and go elsewhere, this is well and truly a scam.

Appalling

Appalling. Followed the instructions to the letter - phoning when we had baggage etc. - only to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for the driver to finally appear with our car (who then tried to reverse it into a pile of someone else's luggage).

Not the service we booked

We booked a meet and greet service and this isn't what we got. The instructions we followed took us to a drop off point but when we rang the number we were told the car needed to be taken to a site a few minutes away. They advised it was always happening with people being given wrong information. It cost us an additional £6 to get out of the drop off point. When we picked car up it had an additional 4 miles on the clock and the seating had all been rearranged.

Don't book through airportparkingdeals.uk / trinqoo.com

Hi All,

Do not book at all from this company. This company is a fraud. We booked the car parking through this company. They damage our Dashcam, stolen coins from the cup holder and a mobile charging adapter. When contacting their customer support team, initially they asked, they are not responsible and asked me to contact the provider (Trinqoo). They did not do anything and asked to read their terms and conditions. I have read them but it was no where mentioned that "Our chauffeur's are not the chauffeurs but mainly are the thieves". So, avoid this company - airportparkingdeals.uk / trinqoo.com.

I also do not think so they park the cars at the authorized car parks, also, sleeps in the car and use the cars for personal use.

I am writing to the action fraud team too, please do so if it happens with you if you book it.

Shocking Valet Parking Service

"Valet" parking at LHR Terminal 3 for a trip to see our son in Australia 28th December and 19th of January.

Times and details of my booking are above. My complaints are listed in the email I sent to Trinqoo support.

The pick-up was 40 minutes after arrival at Terminal 3 level 4. My first allocated driver was put on to another job , so I then had to wait. The dispatcher was rude and sarcastic in response to my phone calls (several). This resulted in us being late for our pre-booked lounge, not the best start to our holiday

Your parking team used 32% of my charge, approx 100 miles worth ( where on earth do you park the cars ). This resulted in me having to charge the car on the M4 services after 34 hours travelling. It was also clear that the seat massage function was used as the setting had changed from my normal position, this also uses significant battery power.

Then to add insult to injury the car was returned in an appalling condition. All the wheels were very dirty, clearly indicating that the vehicle was parked on grass or in a muddy area. The driver foot mat area was disgusting showing that your driver took no care in ensuring the vehicle was returned in the condition it was dropped off.

I complained to the company and asked for initially a full refund and then a part when they refused. They initially offered a £20 discount next time I used them and then 3 £20 vouchers when I refused. As if I would use their service again.

SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE. TRINQOO ACT AS AN AGENT FOR THE PARKING SERVICE AND ARE STATING IT'S NOT THEIR USE.

DO NOT USE THEM OR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES

Called SMG VALUE PLUS Parking to say were delayed by 30…

Called ahead to say were delayed by 30 mins arriving. Was told would be a further £20 charge and if late by more than 1 hour booking would be cancelled and have to rebook. Never had these terms with other companies! Decided would rather pay for parking elsewhere and lose money paid than give these people more money. Avoid They are cowboys and need shutting down. They shouldn't have a platform on Top cash back. £65 wasted. They are called SMG VALUE PLUS parking in Stansted Airport . AVOID

Worst parking experience I’ve ever had

Worst parking experience I’ve ever had. Buyer beware.

Airport Parking Deals was an absolute shambles from start to finish.

It took ages for anyone to turn up to collect the car. On return, I waited over an hour to get it back. Yes, Heathrow traffic is busy, but that’s exactly why they should set off when you call, not 20 minutes after the fifth call in half an hour. I could literally track the car, so I know this wasn’t traffic.

They claimed the delay was because the car was being defrosted. That was simply untrue.

To make matters worse, the operator was rude and dismissive throughout.
I had to swtich phones as they stopped taking calls, and he was so incompetent that each time I gave him the SAME Reg I'd get a different excuse.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely disorganised. A bunch of total charlatans. Avoid.

indian mafia - avoid like the plague

worst ever service I have ever had.

This is basically an Indian mafia organisation. from beginning to end, they show the slightest respect to you, your time, and your car.

First, their business model is to have your car driven away to some remote place outside the airport to avoid paying parking, while charging you a hefty fee. In that process, you are liable to pay any fees incurred at the airport, and sometimes without your knowing (so you end up paying a contravention fine on top of their service).

they also hung up on you when you call them within the timeframe indicated in the email to prepare for your arrival in the airport, and they will always be late, by 10-30 minutes.

it's absolutely not worth the trouble. just take the taxi.

Do not use

Do not use. I would give 0 stars if I could. No answer on numbers provided at 4am, 30 calls made. We had to find alternative parking for 2 cars. Crap start to holiday. Customer service have had proof of my calls after requesting for 2 weeks and are now ignoring my emails. The office number just rings then cuts you off. SHOCKING. Should have gone with trusted purple parking

Avoid them!

When I was about 30 minutes away from the airport, I called the number I was given for the parking service. They directed us to the wrong location, which caused us to waste around half an hour. After finally reaching the correct place, I called again, only to be told that Trinqoo is just a booking agent and the person I was speaking to was a contractor.
He then informed me that they would not take my car because Trinqoo had not paid them for the last two months. By this point, I was already 30 minutes behind schedule and had less than 3 hours left before my international flight. We had no choice but to park at the official Heathrow long-stay car park without a pre-booking, which ended up costing us significantly more.
I contacted Trinqoo immediately after this ordeal, but I have not received any response whatsoever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS What a disgusting service, you pay online then some guy rocks up stating that Tringo hasn’t paid them. So to get your car parked with no other alternatives on the hour you must pay again through a different company otherwise risking to you lose your flight with lateness. We payed again to avoid having nowhere to put our car. We paid another £85 last minute another for 3 days. Complete cowboy set up no phone calls or emails answered up to 3 weeks from this company Avoid at all costs.

We never got to park our car as booked, called the customer service several times with no response, could not locate the parking with the address on the email sent. It did not exist. We had to book another parking for our car. Very disappointed 😔

WARNING!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT PAY THESE CLOWNS ANY MONEY. They kept us waiting at the airport this morning for 4 hours with several different excuses , in the end they stopped taking our calls and blocked all our phones. We had to call the police in the end , we managed to find our cars located ina muddy car park 10 minutes away with 2 missing number plates and all the doors unlocked .
i should have suspected something when they came to collect our cars smelling of really bad body odurs and flipflops ,

Do not trust Trinqoo or Parking Deals - Heathrow Parking

Booked Heathrow T2 Parking 17 October 2025 - arrived at airport 18 October ready to fly only to be told by a third party company’s driver that they won’t take cars from them and that I had to pay a new company again a higher amount (Apple Parking). I was told bookings from Parking Deals and Airport Parking Deals - Trinqoo is same and registered to same address - were not accepted because they had not been paid!

I have just landed after a 2 week break and will be seeking a refund. Advise not to use them. Apple were ok but £25 more.
