This app or tool is very convenient for travelers both leisure and business. All remarks give you a very good insight view for the best places to go. I always use TripAdvisor for my personal trip planning. Also when I’m out of any ideas, TripAdvisor will guide be through the best places in the area. Best travel solution and guidance on the internet.

Minuspoint are reviews without any use

Tripsadvisor is a very useful community-based travel platform to find all the things to do and places to go to or eat during your travels. The big plus is that it is community-based and all the reviews of other travellers can be seen.

If the website gets a make-over for better looks and easier navigations it will get a 5 star rating, until then 4 stars for there great service to travellers!

Dear Trip advisor administrator
As a info sharing site, Tripadviser do it just fine, You can find custom expiriences all over the world.
As tributer of your travels, the site need improvements.
- An explicit " LOG IN " logo. Its hidden under the figure now.
- An explicit logo for new input review als tributer. Not only on the site as wel as logged in member of Trip advisor.
Now I have to go to a mail with an invitation to make a rating/ review to open this page to make this rating / review / beoordeling.
- When I put a review of a new place / restaurant, you first check the quality of this new place and the excistens. Naturally; When you examen this place and conclude to deny or doesn't qualify the place importance of placing, there is no feedback about the reasons, why its not placed on the site. People put their efford and energy to look in to it and it seems not to be appriciated by Tripadviser. Be clear about the data you missed or other importand data your looking for.
Be clear about the reason why you cann't put it on the site.

I think tripadvisor is very useful and I use it a lot.

Unfortunately I read stories that tripadvisor manipulates evaluations of advertisers.
If this is true it is very bad

Easy to handle and very usefull for planning your trip. Especially the thinks to do and finding restaurants arevery good. The rating of hotels are sometimes very determinrled by the local rating and personal experience and taste. Sometimes confusing.

Easy site to check the opinions of travelers regarding hotels, restaurants, B&B's, etc..

It is easy to add reviews and thereby also helping others in making their choice.

Only thing that for me is not required is the point system, adds no value. It is not a site where one should have a competition who has written most reviews.
But that is looked at it from a very Dutch perspective! :-)

Tripadvisor works very well. I have started to use Tripadvisor since some time, and I start to like it more and more. It does not only help me to realize if I enjoyed something well or not, it also helps me remember where I have been and what I have done. By giving my opinion I hope that I help travelers all over the world with making their decisions. So far 90% of things have been positive, but it is important to also point out the negative experiences. Tripadvisor is a great platform for doing that.

The professionalism of Tripadvisor, with the support and help of a vast community of globetrotters goes without saying. In the development of the platform however the relationship with advisers and visitors is becoming more and more pushy / commercial. Better to stay at the safe side of irritation.

Reviews zijn voor mij de leidraad voor het maken van keuzes voor accommodaties. De doorklik naar de eigen site van de accommodatie is essentieel.

Some of the reviews are irrelevant or totally misleading.
App constantly crashes

The concept is already around for much longer, but Tripadvisor proves again that community based reviewing works. Due to the easy accessible and user-friendly interface of Tripadvisor, the large community body is improving travelling experiences for all.

There is a lot of info on this community site, a lot off people fill in the reviews of places, sites to see and restaurants, hotels, etc.. and because of this you can make a good choice.
The site is also easy to use, great help for travel or leasure.

As Tripadvisor reviews are made by people like you and me, it is a great tool for choosing directions with recommendations from those who have been there before...

Tripadvisor is a great site if you're looking for destinations or hotels. It's nice to read and easy to work with. But Tripadvisor has to stop promoting crual animal attractions through Viator. If not I will stop using Tripadvisor.

Great tool for making a choice for your travel- or dining destination. Helps you discover the best sites to explore, wherever you are.

TripAdviser is really a good platform to find out about countries, cities, locations and whatever. When you want to travel somewhere, nowhere is as much information at hand as on TripAdviser. Honest information, the reviews are all made by visitors. And that is the biggest advantage.

I love to travel, visit sites and try new restaurants. The fact that I can share my experiences with others, and consult experiences, is a nice extra!
