I booked flights with TripAir but they cancelled the flights and refused to provide a refund

I booked flights with TripAir to fly (From UAE to Cyprus) in March 2020, however the flights were cancelled because of Covid-19. It is now 21/10/2020 and TripAir haven't acknowledged a single email I have sent them requesting a refund. Additionally, they have deleted their customer support number, so it's impossible to speak to them.

I would recommend booking with TripAir if you fancy the same service. It's quite impressive just how appalling they are.

I bought 2 flight tickets for June…

I bought 2 flight tickets for June 2020, flights have been cancelled, I claimed to Tripair and got the message below. I have friends who were refunded on 6th July by Lufthansa the full price of the flight tickets bought directly from them, for the same period. Meanwhile I sent several message to Tripair asking about the status of the refund and I got no answer.
Message received on 5th June:
Greetings from tripair,
We would like to inform you that we have raised a refund application to the airline for your canceled flight, on your behalf.
Reference code: 36554180
Refund Application number:12019600//12019601
Due to Covid19 outbreak, most of the carriers respond with delay. As soon as we get the confirmation of the refund, we will initiate the process towards your end.
Please note that this process may take up to 12 months, according to the airline guidelines.

If Lufthansa already refunded why should it take up to 12 months and why nobody answers to the requests.

REAL THIEVES.

This is the worst agents i have dealt with. I booked the ticket for july 2020 and return on sep 2020 and never got a response from then when the flights got cancelled. Also they are not responding to the emails. The Tripair reference number: 36631380.

They loot your money and wont respond. Iam planning to raise a complaint with authorities.

Thieves

No reply for any of my messages, I went to the airline to cancel my flight and they did. But unfortunately they told me your money is with the agent and at this point I was sure that my money has been lost. I don't know how could they just disappear but still selling tickets!!!

Worst Experience Ever !!!

UPDATE : it is now 23 weeks and still NO MONEY REFUNDED !!!!
Booked four tickets with Turkish Airlines through Tripair for Spring Break end of March from Jeddah - Frankfurt and back. They had to be cancelled due to CoVid-19. Per email ( March, 9th, 2020 from Elizaveta D.) I was told that they would reimburse the whole amount and the refund would be on my account within 3-5 days. Now it is almost 12 weeks, no money, no answers to my emails and calls! I believed that there is a lot going on right now, but getting no response at all is the worst customer service I experienced! POOR SERVICE / INCONSIDERATE COMPANY

It's been almost 2nd month since the Pandemic occurred (Covid-19) but still nobody's taking action. The worst part is, phone call were just like fooling you until they hang up. Such a shame cause we are all waiting for nothing at all.

I got to the point where I was trying to call the police from the address stated to their website to make a report about their fraudulent actions.

No reply from emails, phone calls are underrated.

The people working to this company have a lot of time to think creatively.

I won't suggest this site if you are going to book a ticket. 1st of March I received a message that my flight has been cancelled due to covid19. I emailed them for 4x until now I haven't received any response on them. Terrible site!!

This website making fool people

This website making fool people
as they show price AED and deducted in euro that's local Bank consider foreign transaction and deducted more exchange rate 1.15% + 1.199 % Bank FEE
in my case they showed price in AED 2090.57 in local website www tripair ae and deducted AED 2179.23

I suggest to all middle east people buy from other website otherwise you will lost big amount of money like I lost
